Great experience and great price With my previous solar installer, Zenernet, I had a nightmare experience. With Blue Raven, I had the opposite experience. Their sales team was very educated on their product and wasn't pushy. Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. Excellent customer experience, great staff Good process and excellent staff, from the sales rep to the installation crew. That crew was very effective, cleaned up after the work, and got everything working perfectly. Andy, the electrician was tremendous in the way he helped work out the locations and routing of all the connections. He was very nice and his expertise was appreciated.

Quick and Efficient The technician came by during the window I expected and started surveying while waiting for the rest of the crew. They arrived shortly after and worked quickly and efficiently to finish installing the panels and wires in under 3 hours. The wires are nicely run through my walls and attic.

Service Well, I had my project done in October 2023. The installers were great, everything was working great until March 2nd 2024. My system went down on the 2nd of March. Seems like Blue Ravens service department could care less. I called several times to get someone out to look at it. First I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days just to get on a list that would put me on a schedule. How ridiculous is that. They did have a person come out and change the circuit breaker to see if that was the issue, not the issue. So after all that they put me on the schedule for the 26th of March. So you can see how frustrating this is. I really think this is way to long for service. Just to clarify Blue Raven Solar is out of Salt Lake City, and I'm in Reno Nv. They could use several more technicians out this way.

They updated my electrical box for the… They updated my electrical box for the solar panel install. The electrician under size range breaker and was called out by inspector. They have sent an electrician out twice to replace this breaker, and both times, no work was completed. I also have a 240v air compressor circuit that has each leg wired to 2 completely separate breakers on different ends of the main panel as this is not a functioning 240v circuit and yet an electrician shows up and reports no work needed to be done. Everything about their response is wrong. For starters, after each electrician visit, there has never been an email stating why no work has been done and won't be able to provide proof of emails sent. 2nd, as an incompetent company, they refused to address the issue verbally they wired my 240v circuit for the air compressor wrong. Their electrician stated they can run new wire to our stove or replace or oven with a 30 amp stove. This is a company that can't honor what their employees are promising and need to get the hell out the way so honorable companies can do right by their customers paying $78k for a job. This place is clearly ran by someone with zero integrity as I have received responses that are flat out lies
