NZGreat recipes and advice The website is very informative and always helpful. I enjoy the update emails, getting new ideas and trying out the recipes. My husband enjoys eating keto without even realizing it! The only problems I have are translating America recipe names and ingredients to local produce. It would be great to have an option for metric measurments and for the photo to be included in the print version as I save these as pdfs. Thanks Craig!

GBThe keto app you didn’t know you needed This app is a MUST for people who are new to KETO. Really helped me learn appropriate ingredient ratios for my specific goal and body size. I was looking for a quicker way to keep track of macros and calories because of my hectic life. Don’t hesitate to contact the program designer as he is very kind and knowledgeable. That was a big added perk to the membership and kept me from giving up due to confusion/ frustration.

GBOne stop resource for articles & recipes about keto When I began my keto journey, my naturopath gave me my macro goals to shoot for along with other info. But I was struggling with meal ideas, recipes, and more in-depth knowledge about keto. Then I found Ruled.Me ... I literally have them book-marked on my laptop with articles I love and loads of yummy recipes! I follow their youtube channel and instagram. I highly recommend them!!!!! They also have an app!

GBThe Ruled.Me Recipes Are So Helpful When I started the keto diet, Ruled.Me was my indispensable go to for recipe ideas. Those recipes helped me have a variety of low carb, home cooked meals, which helped ease the transition to low carb. I originally learned how to cook in Mexico City and it seemed like I had to relearn what to make, particularly without corn tortillas. I now live in New Mexico and my only criticism might be that a few of the Mexican food recipes do not taste as flavorful as I would expect here close to the border. I get that not everyone likes spicy food like we do here, but authentic Mexican food has so much flavor and uses lots of fresh ingredients that make all the difference to me.
