I joined the Ruled.Me site because I loved the Keto recipes I joined the Ruled.Me site because I was impressed by Craig's recipes. But when I realized I wasn't taking advantage of the bulk of planning tools that Ruled.Me offered, I asked to end my membership. Craig responded to me immediately, and helped me unsubscribe. My interactions with Ruled.Me and the owner were all positive, and I'd recommend this site to anyone for help building a keto lifestyle.

It helped me a lot with meal plans and… It helped me a lot with meal plans and weekly shopping lists. Craig also called me when I texted him with questions. That personal contact was invaluable. The recipes were easy to follow and if I didn't like an ingredient I just left it out or substituted a like ingredient.

Best resource out there! I have just started easing into Keto with limited knowledge. The KETO academy app is brilliant and has helped tremendously! I don't have an appestat (appetite gauge) so the macros and the calories that have been worked out already in all the meals, and the options of swapping meals without rethinking macros etc., has been instrumental in helping me not feel overwhelmed with working it all out. In 2 weeks, even with a few days of the usual office birthday cake, I have managed to lose 3kgs. I've lost money with previous KETO challenge/mealplan purchases with no real content or guidance. This is honestly the best, well thought out resource I have come across.

Reliable Keto recipes and great variety!!! This site has fabulous keto recipes as well as lot of articles that educate about the Keto lifestyle. The recipes are flavorful and there is a wide variety to choose from. The Keto App makes things even easier! It figures outs your macros for you and what recipes you should use. Love this site!!

Best keto app/site I have tried Best keto app/site I have tried. Easy to use with straightforward functions and more importantly, yunmy recipes! Happy it offers both metric & imperial units too. Customer service for this app/site is EXCELLENT! The founder is so prompt in providing clear and helpful answers for any questions making me feel safe and supported in keto journey. Highly recommended to all those thinking of trying out the keto diet but doesn't know where to begin. Great app/site overall! :)
