The whole team at Glyde Solar did an… The whole team at Glyde Solar did an all-around excellent job! They showed up on time as expected and communicated everything very clearly on what I can expect to see and happen. They were all very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I am already seeing much lower electric bills. Thanks again to everyone at Glyde Solar, I greatly appreciated your services.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible so far. Our salesperson is non-responsive since our panels were installed. They still have not been inspected and are not up and running and we had them installed over a month ago. We we're promised an energy package to help with keeping our house cool in the summer as well and that hasn't been done yet either. It's now June, 90 degrees, and we started this process before Thanksgiving. We cannot seem to get a hold of anyone at this company. Anytime I call, I am always sent to a voicemail, even during normal business hours. What a racket.

At this point I am feeling scammed by… At this point I am feeling scammed by this company. We were told we'd have working solar panels 4 months ago. I have no idea what's going on, I'm still getting a solar bill and my old energy bill. They're not returning phone calls. I have yet to be able to contact anyone… I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.

So far everything has gone smoothly! So far everything has gone smoothly. My installation was completed today. I am now waiting for the inspection to take place and then get it hooked up to the power supply. Everyone that I have interacted with to this point has been very professional.
