The rep we met with had a lot of knowledge about the process and the length of time from contract to install, which can take a long time in Colorado. Would recommend!

GBSo far everything has gone smoothly! So far everything has gone smoothly. My installation was completed today. I am now waiting for the inspection to take place and then get it hooked up to the power supply. Everyone that I have interacted with to this point has been very professional.

GBI wish I could give zero stars. Terrible so far. Our salesperson is non-responsive since our panels were installed. They still have not been inspected and are not up and running and we had them installed over a month ago. We we're promised an energy package to help with keeping our house cool in the summer as well and that hasn't been done yet either. It's now June, 90 degrees, and we started this process before Thanksgiving. We cannot seem to get a hold of anyone at this company. Anytime I call, I am always sent to a voicemail, even during normal business hours. What a racket.

GBI have yet to be able to contact anyone… I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.

GBMy solar experience has been a bit of a… My solar experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster but Kelsie has done an amazing job getting everything back on track. Bobby and Jessie did a wonderful job of coming into a tough situation and working hard to make sure that my system could be functional without being a huge eyesore. I really appreciate all of the hard work that this current team of people has done to ensure that I have a good experience, even though there were some issues with the process to start. These three have gone above and beyond to fix other peoples mistakes and make things right.
