My solar experience has been a bit of a… My solar experience has been a bit of a rollercoaster but Kelsie has done an amazing job getting everything back on track. Bobby and Jessie did a wonderful job of coming into a tough situation and working hard to make sure that my system could be functional without being a huge eyesore. I really appreciate all of the hard work that this current team of people has done to ensure that I have a good experience, even though there were some issues with the process to start. These three have gone above and beyond to fix other peoples mistakes and make things right.

I have yet to be able to contact anyone… I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.

Extremely Happy Instillation was easy and done in one day. Joe was really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! He came to check on the instillation after it was fully complete!
