GBSeven weeks, no contact and no power The local team completed all work on schedule but then failed to provide inspection information to the city, clean up the work site, or return my phone calls, text messages, and emails. After contacting corporate the local crew cleaned up their remnants but it has now been 7 weeks. My system still isn't active and no one will give me any indication on when or how they will finish this install. In the meantime the financing team has been informed all work was competed, so I am expected to begin making payments while still paying a full electric bill! I have already told several people in town and at work to avoid Glyde.

GBI have yet to be able to contact anyone… I have yet to be able to contact anyone at the company. I've left messages with the project manager (I don't think she actually exists) and I've tried the Chat feature; nothing. So, the panels are installed and the inspection completed, but "permission to operate" has been sitting for almost three months. There's been NO communication. Glyde has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please consider other companies before you go with Glyde.

They showed up on time as expected and communicated everything very clearly on what I can expect to see and happen. They were all very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. GBI wish I could give zero stars. Terrible so far. Our salesperson is non-responsive since our panels were installed. They still have not been inspected and are not up and running and we had them installed over a month ago. We we're promised an energy package to help with keeping our house cool in the summer as well and that hasn't been done yet either. It's now June, 90 degrees, and we started this process before Thanksgiving. We cannot seem to get a hold of anyone at this company. Anytime I call, I am always sent to a voicemail, even during normal business hours. What a racket.

GBThis has been a very painless process… This has been a very painless process so far (waiting on final inspections). The Glyde Project Manager has been with me every step of the way and pleasure to work with. Install crew was great too. Looking forward to seeing the results.
