Heat melted my diamond shatters I opened package an realized that my shatter was melted so I immediately called and explained my situation and the guy told me not to worry he’ll repackage it more suitable for protection from heat. Great experience and very good flower I ordered 4 strains; Chemdawg, Pineapple Express, Granddaddy Purple and Bubba Kush. We're blown away by all of them! I'm constantly looking for classic, well known popular strains. To have Chemdawg in a CBD strain is monumental for me. The payment method at checkout was down so I called Noctua and spoke to one of the managers (manager?). Couldn't have been nicer and explained what was happening.
