From day one, about 5 minutes in I was asked if I needed any help, sure enough I did. Instantly I was given info packs, links and even was contacted quickly by phone which eventually generated my first order with this company. Speedy order filling system, very good high end product with decent prices. I last ordered Grape Ape, a D-8 infused flower. I was given a free oz of Grapefruit simply for ordering as advertised. Great experience and very good flower I ordered 4 strains; Chemdawg, Pineapple Express, Granddaddy Purple and Bubba Kush. We're blown away by all of them! I'm constantly looking for classic, well known popular strains. To have Chemdawg in a CBD strain is monumental for me. The payment method at checkout was down so I called Noctua and spoke to one of the managers (manager?). Couldn't have been nicer and explained what was happening. Just an awesome experience and I highly recommend this! On a final note. There are only a few stores I purchase Cbd Flower. I look for fresh, perfectly cured high end flower that doesn't break the bank. All of those prerequisites are checked here.

Heat melted my diamond shatters I opened package an realized that my shatter was melted so I immediately called and explained my situation and the guy told me not to worry he’ll repackage it more suitable for protection from heat. So I received package two days later delivery system was flawless and I put it in the air and for my troubles they introduced me to something else I liked!! Overall still ok experience I’ll tell anyone bout this product like I always do!!! Thanks guys
