I had spent years doing fad diets and having yo-yo changes in my weight. One of my biggest problems was that I would go really hard at the gym one week and then take 2 weeks off afterwards haha. Working with Julian and the team has allowed me to focus on exercise, nutrition, accountability, and mindset, building a regular habit and incorporating healthy habits into my whole life. I highly recommend working with them! After 6 weeks I am down more than 10 lbs without losing muscle and everyone in my life is commenting that I look great. Can't wait to see what results I see at the end of the 12 months!

GBJacked Vegans are an excellent group!! This is an excellent group! You can tell that they put a lot of effort and care in the planning of their training and they really want to see you succeed. Jacked Vegans has a very well rounded program from mindset to physical fitness. They care about the whole person not just the macros and the muscles and I really appreciate that. Once you get your training started, they really do check in consistently and hold you accountable, they want to see you win! The community is also one of the best parts. They encourage you by showing you how far they’ve come and how consistent they can be, but they also share moments where they’re not doing so great but the rest of the group picks you up and helps you to keep pushing. This is a great community. Jacked Vegans are awesome!!

GBAmazing Program for Vegans My Jacked Vegans journey has been amazing. I’ve been vegan for 7 years and my weight has fluctuated due to life events, too much restriction or too much indulgence. It was so hard for me to be consistent with non-vegan coaches. With Jacked Vegans, I’ve been able to lose fat while gaining muscle and follow the amazing meal plan/macro plan I was given. The group calls are great for a mindset boost and community building and your coach is always there for you if you need anything additional. They make it a big importance to focus on those core aspects to be able to help the client to to their best capacities. They really value the work they put in to give those that a ready some really solid life tools to continue with your journey even after the program is complete.
