Either they were too aggressive or there seemed to be something missing in the formula. Jacked Vegans has helped me tremendously to regain my power back and to have a better balance in my mind-soul-body connection. I am not a fitness girl and have struggle with being overweight for many years, but for the first time ever, my adorable, kind and patient coach has helped me see I have all I need to take better care of myself. GBExpert Coaching and More About two months ago I committed to make a change in the way I approach fitness and nutrition, but I was lost as to how to go about it (having tried on my own before). After seeing an old friend’s results working with Julian Hierro at Jacked Vegans I inquired about Julian’s approach. From the very beginning, Julian’s coaching has been more than I could have imagined. Early on he took significant time understand my past experiences, current needs, and future goals. And then he took all of that and developed a comprehensive plan that’s so much more than just training and nutrition. His daily communication, encouragement, coaching observations on form and technique, and flexibility to adjust the plan as needed is not to be outdone. I am four weeks into the first phase of my program and the results are mind-boggling. Yes, I have to put the time and commitment into it, but significant changes like for me only happen when you have an expert coaching you. For anyone looking to make a change or enhance their current approach, I highly recommend Julian and the JV team. Julian and the entire JV community embrace you from day one and support one another in such amazing ways it is inspiring. Can’t wait to continue my journey!

GBJacked Vegans are an excellent group!! This is an excellent group! You can tell that they put a lot of effort and care in the planning of their training and they really want to see you succeed. Jacked Vegans has a very well rounded program from mindset to physical fitness. They care about the whole person not just the macros and the muscles and I really appreciate that. Once you get your training started, they really do check in consistently and hold you accountable, they want to see you win! The community is also one of the best parts. They encourage you by showing you how far they’ve come and how consistent they can be, but they also share moments where they’re not doing so great but the rest of the group picks you up and helps you to keep pushing. This is a great community. Jacked Vegans are awesome!!

GBEncouraging and Strengthening Everything has been great!! The coaches are reassuring and encouraging. They walk you through all the steps, are accommodating through any challenges you might have going on in your personal life, they really set everything up so it’s all straight forward. They give you a meal plan and are open to adjusting as needed. The work out plans are also adjustable as you can choose with your coach, which ones you want to start with or work up to depending on your needs. The first few weeks I was feeling discouraged and unsure about the program, and my coach (Gigo) took time out of her day (daily) to check in and made sure I felt comfortable and ready to tackle the day. As well as daily check ins, they have multiple calls going on through the week!! So if you have certain questions or topics you want to talk about with like-minded people, you can. Overall really welcoming environment, they make you feel like you can do anything.

GBThe program is worth every penny!! The program is excellent. They teach you about nutrition and how to get enough protein and what supplements you need so your body gets everything it needs to function at its optimum level. My trainer Luce Marshal Fent is fantastic knowledgeable, supportive compassionate and caring. George was also very supportive and kind the person who scheduled the call with my trainer. They teach you how to use my fitness pal to track all of your calories there I was able to see why I was not loosing in the past my fat content was to high so I learned how to pull back on fat so I can get better results. It gives you the fat, carbs, fiber and protein and macros so you can stay on track with your fitness journey. They also have great recipes and meal plans which are so helpful on my fitness journey.
