GBI’ve been using this app for years! I’ve been using this app for years. I decided to delete other apps that require specific purchases to earn rewards. I like uploading any receipt. I also appreciate the new recent features that allow me to earn more points. I can’t find anything negative to say about it. This app has truly been a lifesaver for me. It has provided proof of purchase at major stores when I’ve lost receipts. They accepted my clear photo from the app.

GBI have been using for 10 years I have been using for 10 years. Please do not download this app. The customer service is terrible and nonexistent. The app glitches and they will not credit your account. It takes several tries to get an emailed response. They do not payout your money. Emailed again with no resolution. As stated above, do not download app or sign up. Cheers.

GBReceipt Hog's app can't keep up with… Receipt Hog's app can't keep up with changes like new phone numbers. 2nd time to request a $5 PayPal redemption and Receipt Hog doesn't change very well and then I didn't get my verification code to fulfill my request. Plus when I contact support I get a long way around with a troubleshoot idea from their support email that does not work. To get my $5 PayPal redemption it takes about 2 weeks after I jump through their circus hoops but if they would actually fix the problem it would take about 24 hours. They tend to blame it on everything else instead of upgrading their system.

GBThey contacted me and reissued another card and it worked!!! Thank you for following up! I’m back to the Receipt Hog! I got my first $40, but when I submitted 2nd time for $40. I received an email confirmation that my process would take a week and I would receive my reward of $40. However, I have never received my second $40 reward. I contacted customer service multiples times through emails. NO ANSWERS. After this review, customer rep Blessy emailed me that the reward link has been resent. Another rep emailed me and corrected their mistakes, I got my $40 reward. So I changed my review!
