Move over and let the big dogs eat, Receipt Hog has claimed their position. Julian is outstanding. Anytime I have a challenge, he's there to save the day. Through his quick and efficient responses, he exudes kindness and patience, the latter of which so many of us take for granted. Receipt Hog will be around for a very long time so hop on board while you can. They're at the top of the Totem pole and unbeatable at what they do and that's why I love Receipt Hog. They earned their position and notoriety through hard work, and most importantly by possessing a staff that rocks!! Thanks to Julian and the rest of the Receipt Hog customer service champions. One of my favorite apps! I love this app! It's really easy to navigate and you earn rewards relatively quickly compared to similar apps. Upload pics of your receipts in the app - earn points for every upload, then cash out those points for Visa gift cards, Amazon gift cards or a direct deposit to your PayPal account (one of the only apps I've found that will pay actual cash to a linked PayPal account!) Points also add up fairly quickly, making cash outs easier to attain. Also, the customer support team behind this app are amazing - they're always super quick, friendly, helpful and professional. Plus, the overall theme of this app is pigs, meaning the little mascot/avatar on the main page is a little pig that you can dress up in different "snoutfits"! Where else are you gonna be able to do that?! Lol I honestly can't say enough good things about this app!

I got locked out all of sudden b cause… I got locked out all of sudden b cause of their password update program error? Requested help two times two weeks ago. No one hasn’t reached out to me yet. I read that customer service agent helped other reviewers. I guess there is only one person in customer service dept. I had $160 in my receipt hog account. Update I was able to reset my password by clicking the reset button. How could i not see that before??? Maybe i was in panic. But still no customer service yet.

Receipt Hog's app can't keep up with… Receipt Hog's app can't keep up with changes like new phone numbers. 2nd time to request a $5 PayPal redemption and Receipt Hog doesn't change very well and then I didn't get my verification code to fulfill my request. Plus when I contact support I get a long way around with a troubleshoot idea from their support email that does not work. To get my $5 PayPal redemption it takes about 2 weeks after I jump through their circus hoops but if they would actually fix the problem it would take about 24 hours. They tend to blame it on everything else instead of upgrading their system.
