"Eh" experience, do your research. UPDATE: Marquel offered a solution, only after writing a poor review of the company, to replace the defective tiles (about half the order). We expect that this will be a satisfactory outcome, but we will wait to see how the replacement product performs. This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!

After a lot of emails and calls, RubberFlooring.com for the win! We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. We met Jessica V. and were able to communicate with her through the entire process and she was a consultant, not just a chat resource. I just placed an order and unable to… I just placed an order and unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the status. They are quick to take the money out your account but can't call/text/email you back to provide information. I didn't even receive the damn product and already having a bad experience. This will be the last time I order from them and I'm about to reverse the charge to get my money back and go somewhere else.

Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft… Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I don’t understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.

Do NOT purchase with this company Do NOT purchase with this company. I've not been able to contact them by phone,email and text. They don't give updates and at this point I'd just like a refund witch is going to probably be a headache so I'll start with my bank but I'm seriously willing to file a claim in court for my $1500. This is a fraudulent business.
