We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. GBKatelyn has provided above and beyond… Katelyn has provided above and beyond customer service! I have had to reschedule my shipping date not only once, but twice now due to construction timelines getting pushed back. Each time Ive requested the shipping date change, Katelyn has been prompt in response and her communication has been clear and concise. The real 10/10 moment was when she sent me a follow up email on a Friday, just to simply update me before the weekend came. I appreciate all of her help!

GBEvery part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.

GBAvoid!!! I cancelled my order shortly after placing it because I found the same product significantly cheaper at Tractor Supply. The merchant forces you to cancel by phone call which is hidden away in the terms and conditions. He does not pickup the phone so it is impossible to cancel. If you let him know you would like to cancel either through the chat bot or email then he will ship your order to secure the 25 percent restocking fee. This also screws you on the shipping fee. This merchant has crafted a system to scam the customer. Do not buy from any of his businesses unless you like headaches and being robbed.

GBwarranties not honored Installation guidelines are pretty specific for the rubber rolls. Looselay, double sided sticky tape, or spread adhesive. There is no mention in installation nor buyers guides which suggest anything different. They have served up a "clip" of what they say is part of a "manual" which says something totally different from their website guides...and they DO NOT provide the link to the full document (its just a screenshot or pic of some random document from...well, who knows where) I provided their own links to them, full documents, full context, and they still will not do the same. We are flooring installers, in the industry since 1994. We are not new to the game and in no way naive regarding the physics of rubber and the policies of suppliers. These suppliers do not back their product. Buyers BEWARE!
