Ordered over $1,000 worth of gym tiles… Ordered over $1,000 worth of gym tiles for my garage. Ordered them without the borders because I wasn't sure how much of my garage I was going to cover at the time. I just reached out to them to order the borders, and they stated they don't sell the borders and don't know of anyone who does. So now I have a bunch of jagged puzzle piece edges lining the entire length of my gym floor. Obviously nobody would want to knowingly order a product that looked that way. Also, there was a slight thickness deviation in some of the tiles, though thankfully I purchased extra. Avoid.

Shipping mistake taken care with good customer service After connecting with Marcel for return of wrong shipment of floor mats. He sent back shipping labels and set up the time for pick up quickly. He also explained the reason for the mishap which is nice to know when so many other companies don't give you the time of day. Looking forward to receiving our replacement floor mats. The shipment we had earlier were great and the product is just what we had been looking for.

I just placed an order and unable to… I just placed an order and unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the status. They are quick to take the money out your account but can't call/text/email you back to provide information. I didn't even receive the damn product and already having a bad experience. This will be the last time I order from them and I'm about to reverse the charge to get my money back and go somewhere else.

Every part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.

Marcel called me today 3-3-2023 Marcel called me today 3-3-2023, Friday with he and his teams recommendations to the problem I've been having with my flooring tiles buckling over and over. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. I thank him. I will let you know how things go using the roll flooring. Thanks, John
