We had the flooring since the beginning of May, but wasn’t able to install it until a few days ago after our patio was finished. We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Do NOT purchase with this company Do NOT purchase with this company. I've not been able to contact them by phone,email and text. They don't give updates and at this point I'd just like a refund witch is going to probably be a headache so I'll start with my bank but I'm seriously willing to file a claim in court for my $1500. This is a fraudulent business.

Ordered one color...processed another color I ordered tiles, confirmed color, shipping information, and processed payment. Once payment processed and I received email confirmation, the color of the tiles changed. I ordered gray but now I'm getting purple. I called, text, emailed, and tried the chat option immediately. I could not reach anyone due to unusually high call volume. This company appeared to a scam. The promo codes don't work and customer service doesn't exist. Beware. I am trying to cancel the order but my order won't pull up on their web page. I got a "whoops error" when trying to access my order. I've filed a complaint with PayPal. I'm going to contact my bank as well. You've been warned.
