We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. We met Jessica V. and were able to communicate with her through the entire process and she was a consultant, not just a chat resource. Ordered one color...processed another color I ordered tiles, confirmed color, shipping information, and processed payment. Once payment processed and I received email confirmation, the color of the tiles changed. I ordered gray but now I'm getting purple. I called, text, emailed, and tried the chat option immediately. I could not reach anyone due to unusually high call volume. This company appeared to a scam. The promo codes don't work and customer service doesn't exist. Beware. I am trying to cancel the order but my order won't pull up on their web page. I got a "whoops error" when trying to access my order. I've filed a complaint with PayPal. I'm going to contact my bank as well. You've been warned.

Malia was awesome Malia is soooo awesome. She helped me with getting an additional box of flooring since we ran a little short. We had the flooring since the beginning of May, but wasn’t able to install it until a few days ago after our patio was finished. Malia never hesitated to escalate it to her supervisor to get approval for a courtesy box to be sent to us. Thank you again Malia.

damaged, refunded Had a damaged coin rubber floor roll on delivery. It was a bit of a battle, but I did receive a refund. I recommend to rubberflooringinc that they pad and/or wrap their heavy rolls better to avoid this problem again with others. Single layer of paper isn't adequate on something that is 7 feet long and weighs more than 420 lbs.

Katelyn has provided above and beyond… Katelyn has provided above and beyond customer service! I have had to reschedule my shipping date not only once, but twice now due to construction timelines getting pushed back. Each time Ive requested the shipping date change, Katelyn has been prompt in response and her communication has been clear and concise. The real 10/10 moment was when she sent me a follow up email on a Friday, just to simply update me before the weekend came. I appreciate all of her help!
