Buyer beware I do not recommend buying flooring from this company. They also go by w w w garageflooringinc dot com. Customer service “DoriRose Olson” was not helpful. I am trying to return my order seeing the tiles don’t stay latched. She disagreed with me and said they do latch. Very comical seeing she’s not here to view the poor quality flooring. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the products. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind the 30 day money back guarantee. It’s all a scam!

Shipping mistake taken care with good customer service After connecting with Marcel for return of wrong shipment of floor mats. He sent back shipping labels and set up the time for pick up quickly. He also explained the reason for the mishap which is nice to know when so many other companies don't give you the time of day. Looking forward to receiving our replacement floor mats. The shipment we had earlier were great and the product is just what we had been looking for.

We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Malia was awesome Malia is soooo awesome. She helped me with getting an additional box of flooring since we ran a little short. We had the flooring since the beginning of May, but wasn’t able to install it until a few days ago after our patio was finished. "Eh" experience, do your research. UPDATE: Marquel offered a solution, only after writing a poor review of the company, to replace the defective tiles (about half the order). We expect that this will be a satisfactory outcome, but we will wait to see how the replacement product performs. This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!
