GBEvery part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.

GBThis company has become the worst to… This company has become the worst to deal with. Several years ago I used them and had no issues. I have now had 3 orders with them in the last year and each had issues. Adhesive damaged in shipment and the foil seal allowed the product to solidify. Flooring arrived 3 months late. Since I didn't know the seal in the adhesive was damaged, Rubber Flooring will not offer any support. I"m now waiting on 3rd shipment and once again they offer zero updates and change ship dates whenever they desire. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBDo NOT purchase with this company Do NOT purchase with this company. I've not been able to contact them by phone,email and text. They don't give updates and at this point I'd just like a refund witch is going to probably be a headache so I'll start with my bank but I'm seriously willing to file a claim in court for my $1500. This is a fraudulent business.

GBMarcel called me today 3-3-2023 Marcel called me today 3-3-2023, Friday with he and his teams recommendations to the problem I've been having with my flooring tiles buckling over and over. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. I thank him. I will let you know how things go using the roll flooring. Thanks, John

Not only did he reach out to me proactively about a stocking issue with a remedy in place, but worked with me to provide a discount for the inconvenience as well. Super nice guy to top it off. This was probably the best customer experience I've had in the longest time!
