Every part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.

After a lot of emails and calls, RubberFlooring.com for the win! We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. We met Jessica V. and were able to communicate with her through the entire process and she was a consultant, not just a chat resource. Katelyn has provided above and beyond… Katelyn has provided above and beyond customer service! I have had to reschedule my shipping date not only once, but twice now due to construction timelines getting pushed back. Each time Ive requested the shipping date change, Katelyn has been prompt in response and her communication has been clear and concise. The real 10/10 moment was when she sent me a follow up email on a Friday, just to simply update me before the weekend came. I appreciate all of her help!

Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft… Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I don’t understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.

This company has become the worst to… This company has become the worst to deal with. Several years ago I used them and had no issues. I have now had 3 orders with them in the last year and each had issues. Adhesive damaged in shipment and the foil seal allowed the product to solidify. Flooring arrived 3 months late. Since I didn't know the seal in the adhesive was damaged, Rubber Flooring will not offer any support. I"m now waiting on 3rd shipment and once again they offer zero updates and change ship dates whenever they desire. Avoid this company at all costs.
