Every part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.

"Eh" experience, do your research. UPDATE: Marquel offered a solution, only after writing a poor review of the company, to replace the defective tiles (about half the order). We expect that this will be a satisfactory outcome, but we will wait to see how the replacement product performs. This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!

Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft… Just bought and installed ~1620 sq ft of rolled rubber flooring. I don’t understand the bad reviews I read. We had zero issues. Delivery was timely (although no warning - we had to keep checking website ourselves), the delivery guy was fantastic and the mats looked pristine and well protected. Zero issues once rolled and installed. Perfect! Love the confetti color as just enough color to not be boring and hides the dirt a bit.

Marcel called me today 3-3-2023 Marcel called me today 3-3-2023, Friday with he and his teams recommendations to the problem I've been having with my flooring tiles buckling over and over. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. Not only did he reach out to me proactively about a stocking issue with a remedy in place, but worked with me to provide a discount for the inconvenience as well. Super nice guy to top it off. This was probably the best customer experience I've had in the longest time!
