Shipping mistake taken care with good customer service After connecting with Marcel for return of wrong shipment of floor mats. He sent back shipping labels and set up the time for pick up quickly. He also explained the reason for the mishap which is nice to know when so many other companies don't give you the time of day. Looking forward to receiving our replacement floor mats. The shipment we had earlier were great and the product is just what we had been looking for.

We have been doing a lot of online research looking for quality turf for a putting green we want to put in our basement and when we landed on RubberFlooring.com and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. Ordered over $1,000 worth of gym tiles… Ordered over $1,000 worth of gym tiles for my garage. Ordered them without the borders because I wasn't sure how much of my garage I was going to cover at the time. I just reached out to them to order the borders, and they stated they don't sell the borders and don't know of anyone who does. So now I have a bunch of jagged puzzle piece edges lining the entire length of my gym floor. Obviously nobody would want to knowingly order a product that looked that way. Also, there was a slight thickness deviation in some of the tiles, though thankfully I purchased extra. Avoid.

"Eh" experience, do your research. UPDATE: Marquel offered a solution, only after writing a poor review of the company, to replace the defective tiles (about half the order). We expect that this will be a satisfactory outcome, but we will wait to see how the replacement product performs. This company sells products at full retail prices and then provides NO support when their product fails. We ordered 3/4 inch rubber impact tiles ($1,000) that have started to separate only 8 months into being used. One agent tells me there is a 5 year warranty... the warranty department tells me there is NO warranty... Be careful what you buy from them!!

Every part of my order went wrong I had a really poor experience with this company recently. Wrong item was shipped to me (11 boxes) and was quoted an incorrect delivery date on the correct ones. Because this situation had already set back the opening of my buisness, I placed my order elsewhere. They then missed the pickup date that they quoted me. The customer service agents take forever to get ahold of, so they offer text message and live chat services. Both of which I attempted to contact them through multiples times, and multiple times they failed to provide any results.
