Malia was awesome Malia is soooo awesome. She helped me with getting an additional box of flooring since we ran a little short. We had the flooring since the beginning of May, but wasn’t able to install it until a few days ago after our patio was finished. We've been messaging now for over a month and finally a remedy has been made and it was a pleasant exchange today working with Marcel who was very professional and listened to my concerns. damaged, refunded Had a damaged coin rubber floor roll on delivery. It was a bit of a battle, but I did receive a refund. I recommend to rubberflooringinc that they pad and/or wrap their heavy rolls better to avoid this problem again with others. Single layer of paper isn't adequate on something that is 7 feet long and weighs more than 420 lbs.

I just placed an order and unable to… I just placed an order and unable to get in touch with anyone regarding the status. They are quick to take the money out your account but can't call/text/email you back to provide information. I didn't even receive the damn product and already having a bad experience. This will be the last time I order from them and I'm about to reverse the charge to get my money back and go somewhere else.
