Once you've had Taylor, there is no one else to consider. Taylor has worked on my house on 4 different occasions and I am a repeat customer because I can trust them to do the job well, on-time, and at a competitive price. Doesn't matter if you need your windows replaced, your roof repaired, or gutters maintained. Taylor will be there when you need them.

Mismatched shower wand never swapped… Mismatched shower wand never swapped out as promised, hot water heater too small for tub, not swapped out as promised. Damaged wood floor outside bathroom ( not just scratched, but dug in ), broke toilet seat, didn’t repair. Let my bathroom in shambles.

Salesperson was a joke Salesperson was very unprofessional, rude and critical of the age and condition of my home, that is in one of Atlanta's best areas. I don't need that type of treatment from some two bit door to door salesperson who came to my home by the name of Randy Maynard. He gave a long drawn out, tired, and unremarkable presentation and ended the presentation with a staged call to a sales manager to lower the price after he had shown me his lowest price, what a joke. I felt like I was at a car dealership with those kind of antics. I've never seen a remodeling company resort to such pathetic tactics. Needless to say I didn't waste my time doing business with these people. My hard earned money is better spend with someone more deserving, I now understand why there reviews are so low especially when I looked at their reviews on other sites

For the product delivered For the product delivered — does not match with the amount paid. We have had a couple of ‘call backs’ to get things fixed within the first 2 years — about to have to call again as mold has set into the adhesive/seal....guess they don’t use a mold resistant product....

Can’t seem to get anyone to return call… Can’t seem to get anyone to return call and schedule follow up repair (small) on $18k job. Go figure
