THE WINDOWS ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN. Repair gutter guards Gutter guards were damaged by a fallen tree. Taylor Construction completed repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Work was professionally done and no problems have occurred since. I would recommend this company for large or small projects.

I originally received a note on my door… I originally received a note on my door informing me that Taylor construction was doing business in the area. That same note offered to save me a lot if I just took advantage of them during this time. Robert is the Sales Rep who spent an hour speaking with me and another 45 minutes reviewing my home. He then offered me more savings and an opportunity to speak with real individuals that had work done. A+ is what I feel that I received from this company.

Can’t seem to get anyone to return call… Can’t seem to get anyone to return call and schedule follow up repair (small) on $18k job. Go figure

Salesperson PROMISED one day… Salesperson PROMISED one day installation on shower/tub replacement. After waiting 6 to 8 weeks for material, one day installation did not include the shower doors we paid for. One additional week to get their sub contractor to even come out and measure. Then two to three additional weeks for material again. So one day instalation means you can't use your shower with doors for one month after Taylor has received full payment. Do not trust sales representatives, get everything in writing in regards to installation process.
