TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION REPLACED SOME… TAYLOR CONSTRUCTION REPLACED SOME WINDOWS IN MY HOUSE IN 2017-THE WORKMEN WERE FAST, EFFICIENT, PLEASANT AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WINDOWS ARE STILL BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH THEM AGAIN. For the product delivered For the product delivered — does not match with the amount paid. We have had a couple of ‘call backs’ to get things fixed within the first 2 years — about to have to call again as mold has set into the adhesive/seal....guess they don’t use a mold resistant product....

Repair gutter guards Gutter guards were damaged by a fallen tree. Taylor Construction completed repairs in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Work was professionally done and no problems have occurred since. I would recommend this company for large or small projects.

Salesperson was a joke Salesperson was very unprofessional, rude and critical of the age and condition of my home, that is in one of Atlanta's best areas. I don't need that type of treatment from some two bit door to door salesperson who came to my home by the name of Randy Maynard. He gave a long drawn out, tired, and unremarkable presentation and ended the presentation with a staged call to a sales manager to lower the price after he had shown me his lowest price, what a joke. I felt like I was at a car dealership with those kind of antics. I've never seen a remodeling company resort to such pathetic tactics. Needless to say I didn't waste my time doing business with these people. My hard earned money is better spend with someone more deserving, I now understand why there reviews are so low especially when I looked at their reviews on other sites

I will report the good with the bad I will report the good with the bad. Personnel personality wise, they are probably the most personable company I have worked with in 3 different states. Performance wise I cannot give such a good review. Although everything that went wrong they worked very hard to correct, it seems that only one of the many workers were really well qualified to do their jobs. It was just one mistake or catastrophe after another. As I said however, they did keep coming [for months when it should have been a week] to make everything right - which they eventually did for the most part. I finally just accepted a couple of the things to just end it. I would actually give them 2 stars for the work, and 5 stars for their employee personalities and willingness to make things right. Would I use them again? I'm sorry, but with the exception of Ryan [1 of about 5 to 7 employees who kept coming] I would be afraid to until they hired more qualified or experienced personnel.
