GBGood quality building, poor selection of erectors Good quality building. We ran into a snag with the "suggested" erection company and ended up parting ways with them. We share fault in that while at the same time we are glad we parted ways. When we called Rhino to see if they had any other erectors they could suggest the salesman said "Nope, you ran off the best we had, good luck with your project" and hung up. This is a commercial project and their "BEST" showed up in shorts and tennis shoes with bad attitudes. Needless to say, we found and actual "professional" erection crew with the right equipment for the same money. It is doubtful we will use Rhino for our next project due to the poor attitude of a salesman. Good building but we will order the next through someone else. If you are in Texas and need an excellent erector, Rockin S construction will do you right and professionally! 10/19 1:45pm Thank you for taking my call and discussing our issues. That is customer care.

GBThis has been the worst company to deal … This has been the worst company to deal with. The beams did not line up and did not have holes to bolt up the beams at all on 4 different pieces of the beams. (That should have had them) Could not get the company to work with the construction company I hired to put up the building. It has been a pain to deal with this company, and has cost me more money to fix their mistake! They are rude and spoke to us like we were stupid! You would think spending 20 thousand dollars on a product, that it would be sent to you correct. NEVER buy from this company!!

GBGreat building - mediocre windows I could not be more pleased with the quality and fit of the building and the ease of working with support staff at Rhino. Some missing trim was sent promptly without question or additional expense to me. A few things that could be improved: - with the 4" insulation that I ordered with the building the window kits were difficult to fit without tearing the insulation. These windows fasten to the steel panels without additional framing. An upgrade option to frame attached windows would solve this issue. - also related to the unusually thick insulation, there was some very slight, almost imperceptible dimpling of the 26 gauge steel panels where they were screwed to the girts. Heavier gauge panels or thinner insulation would resolve, but honestly, the dimples are not a problem for me and I would order it the same way again. - the vinyl backing on the insulation is thin and easily susceptible to tears. Without an inside liner, the walls are going to look shabby pretty quickly. Another mil or two on the backing would add to the quality. Overall it's a great building with exceptional attention to detail in the design and fabrication. A great value for the money. I would buy another.

GBeasy and efficient process Rhino Building personnel made the process of designing and ordering my dream arena easy and efficient. The installation crew was unbelievable! They came early and stayed late until the building was done. The building is sturdy and attractive. I highly recommend Rhino Steel Buildings.
