GBGood/Bad The end result was good. I found two caregivers who will meet my needs. The downside is that I found your website difficult to navigate. I am not that internet savvy and would have like to talk to a person to help me through the process. There was no phone number or address to contact. I am still not sure what "subscription" means or what I have gotten my self into by signing up for three months. What happens next?

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Initial sign up page states that the subscription is monthly but you can pay for the year up front and that you can cancel the subscription at any time but will not refund you if you do. Extremely misleading business practices.

GBIt's a VERY BIG SCAM I accidentally typed something and didn't even post it. It says flagged. I can't get any help and then they close my account. LITERALLY 1 the same day and I paid for a year membership. It's a serious scam. They steal your money.

GBBEWARE, once you sign up, they bill you forever, impossible to cancel. Have not used the service for over 7 years. Just saw they are still billing me an annual fee. Disputed with CC, Care.com came back to prove you canceled. I never even get an email from them; they just obviously try to bill you forever. Check out their Better Business Bureau rating of 1 out of close to 1000 bad reviews. Care.com sucks, really. I used them when my kids were little, one of their providers stole our CC.

GBNot successful in any way with 2 different jobs advertised We weren't successful in any way with either my job seeking elder care for my parents nor care for my disabled son. I did reach out to a couple of candidates and I only got a few responses and each was saying they had other jobs now. Also, I had emailed care.com and said that we weren't have any luck and wanted to cancel our membership at renewal time but I got no help and now my son's special needs bank account has been charged for another quarterly fee.
