It's a VERY BIG SCAM I accidentally typed something and didn't even post it. It says flagged. I can't get any help and then they close my account. LITERALLY 1 the same day and I paid for a year membership. It's a serious scam. They steal your money.

CARE.COM ARE A BUNCH OF DUMBBELLS DUMBBELLS; I HAVE NEVER HIRED A SITTER!!! CARE.COM DOESN'T MONITOR THEIR SITE OR YOU WOULD KNOW I CANCELED SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A SOLID BACKGROUND WITH UNFRIENDLY WEB-SITES!

I signed up for a 1-month subscription… I signed up for a 1-month subscription but Care.com continued to charge me. Their website makes it impossible to cancel a subscription, delete my credit card or receive a refund.

not great for last minute or not full-time care I specifically needed temporary care for only six weeks but full-time during those six weeks. Nothing on the website allowed me the ability to do that. Even when I needed last minute one daycare, I was given a list of applicants that were available and there wasn’t even any expectation that they were going to respond to me, so I didn’t actually have enough time to book someone last minute like the website advertised.
