GBGood/Bad The end result was good. I found two caregivers who will meet my needs. The downside is that I found your website difficult to navigate. I am not that internet savvy and would have like to talk to a person to help me through the process. There was no phone number or address to contact. I am still not sure what "subscription" means or what I have gotten my self into by signing up for three months. What happens next?

GBCan't delete messages and super slow! I paid your subscription fee only to have an underwhelming experience. For some reason your app and webpage move slower than anything else I've browsed in recent times, so I've burned a bunch of time just waiting for messages to reload. Regarding messages, you've apparently removed my ability to delete or hide messages which are not of use to me so now my inbox is full of junk messages and I have to try to remember which ones are good matches and worth keeping. THere is no explicable reason why I should not control the right to manage my inbox. That in itself is an epic fail by Care.com and a main reason why I will be canceling my subscription. Especially when you pair a cluttered inbox which I cannot cleanup, to the slow performance of your app and webpage...it's a large waste of my time to try and use your service.

GBMy problem still exists My problem still exists. I have reached out three times to let you know that my profile still says “No reviews yet.” Though two agents have assured me they can see them, and potential clients can see them, I can’t, and it still has not been fixed on my app.

GBJobs requested, Pending account, Can't message families The company needs to seriously fix the issue with pending accounts. The site say is should take 24hrs, which is misleading. The moment I have virtual chat and explain my pending issue, it should be fixed and unlocked so I can communicate with families! everyone keeps saying 72hrs here, 72hrs there. I spoke to about 3 different agents and they all give the same story(72hrs). I've had this account for weeks!

GBCARE.COM ARE A BUNCH OF DUMBBELLS DUMBBELLS; I HAVE NEVER HIRED A SITTER!!! CARE.COM DOESN'T MONITOR THEIR SITE OR YOU WOULD KNOW I CANCELED SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A SOLID BACKGROUND WITH UNFRIENDLY WEB-SITES!
