Too expensive Too expensive. You go through the whole process to post a job, at no point does it say how much you have to pay to access replies. You can't even see availability or qualifications without paying £25. I understand that they don't want to divulge contact info without paying the membership fee, but we should be able to at least see if the replies are from qualified and relevant posters, and view the (limited) profiles without paying. Should have been transparent upfront!!

We were staying in Santa Barbara for a few nights for my husbands work event and we were able to connect with her a few days before hand. She was very responsive and well spoken. Our 2 year old can be quite a handful and has pretty bad seperation anxiety, so she did a great job keeping her distracted and entertaining her.

Fraudulent Sign up Constant Emails The website does not require the users email to be verified before they begin to send messages. Someone signed up using my email and solicited jobs. Now my inbox is full of spam from potential "workers". The service never requested the person to verify email.

I signed up for a 1-month subscription… I signed up for a 1-month subscription but Care.com continued to charge me. Their website makes it impossible to cancel a subscription, delete my credit card or receive a refund.
