Great results! I already felt rather good thanks to no longer drinking alcohol and regular sports, so I didn't have high expectations. Amazing sleep! I was very curious about trying it, as other users claimed they slept better. Normally, I am a light sleeper and the quality of my sleep is sometimes so poor that after 8 hours of sleep I feel incredibly tired, like I slept 4 hours.
