I have been using the product for 14… I have been using the product for 14 days now, taking it in the morning on an empty stomach, and it has given me more energy and a feeling of satiety. My energy levels have been pretty good until noon, whereas before I would usually need a snack or breakfast before that time.

Great product Flavourless so can be added to anything and it mixes well. I felt more energised after a week. I would definitely recommend this product!
