They make sure you are taken care of and if things have to be adjusted they make sure to discuss with you and make adjustments based on lifestyle and progress. Overall have not been disappointed with anything and am appreciative of the effort they put into making sure you meet your goals but also improve overall.

GBBest Decision to Make I’ve been a client for almost a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself! I wake up every morning excited to start my day with my workout, meals, and everything in between. My favorite thing so far has been meal prepping. I thought it would take me SO long and it really only takes a couple of hours AND I don’t need to cook the rest of the week so I’m saving myself so much more time in the long run. The best decision you can make for yourself is to invest in yourself. I lost 15lbs my first 4-5 months and now I am on a lean bulk, learning how to gain muscle and still feel great while doing so.

I have had the privilege of watching her put in so much hard work to be where she is that she inspired me to do just the same. She has helped me gain more knowledge on weight lifting, nutrition, and what my body needs to function in a healthy way with the idea that the things I used to do/eat are okay in moderation. If I need an issue, she’s there and provides guidance if I’m having any struggles. GBGreat Decision I have been training consistently (mostly at home) for over 10 years now. Sometime around the end of last year I was at the end of myself. I kept pushing and pushing but wasn't getting anywhere and was getting more and more dysphoric by the day. So I started researching options and Alex kept coming up. It was a tough decision to make because I am pretty low income and work a lot. But I decided to give it a try and haven't regretted it. I'm finally seeing progress and it's helping so so much. I have suffered from a bad eating disorder that almost took me OUT for years, so to be able to have access to the meal plan information alone has been a game changer. It finally is starting to make sense to me that you need to eat in order to bulk and get stronger. It is often very tight making it work AND getting supplements and groceries, but Alex does often run contests that can help break up the cost. If you are a trans guy dealing with the frustrations and dysphoria of not working WITH your body to meet your goals, give Coach Alex a shot. He and his team (I am blessed to work with cool guy Coach Jared) are very good people who know their stuff.
