GBBest Decision to Make I’ve been a client for almost a year now and it has been the best decision I have made for myself! I wake up every morning excited to start my day with my workout, meals, and everything in between. My favorite thing so far has been meal prepping. I thought it would take me SO long and it really only takes a couple of hours AND I don’t need to cook the rest of the week so I’m saving myself so much more time in the long run. The best decision you can make for yourself is to invest in yourself. I lost 15lbs my first 4-5 months and now I am on a lean bulk, learning how to gain muscle and still feel great while doing so.

GBCoach Liam is great! My experience with Liam has been great! With recently having top surgery, I was excited to get back to the gym and get the rest of my body back on track. Liam’s program has been extremely easy to follow and incorporate into my often very busy lifestyle. Not only am I happy with the physical results I am seeing, I also feel the best I have in years physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have been hitting new PRs in the gym which fuels my confidence to push myself even harder both inside and outside of the gym. Liam prioritizes my mental health over everything else and knows how to switch things up to make them exciting again and not feel like a “chore”. Being three months into the program, I haven’t plateaued, lost the motivation to keep working out, or wanted to quit the program which was a previous struggle for me in different programs.
