I am super impressed with Lumen! I am super impressed with Lumen!! I have tried everything to lose weight (including Wegovy). I did not start losing weight until I started using Lumen and measuring my fat/carb burn every morning. I love how Lumen breaks down how many carbs to eat per meal and gives you so much insight in to your metabolism!

30 Pounds Down, 30 more to Go! I’ve been using the Lumen for a year now. I had been reading about the science for 3-years and was fascinated with the science behind CO2 readings rather than what a Glucose Monitor can do. My first 3-weeks into it, my readings went from burning a mix of fat/carbs, ALL carbs, to FAT BURN, and mostly fat. Why? Because I learned what foods worked for my body to get there. Waste of money This device does absolutely nothing. It is not at all as advertised, does not come with personalized information (the information on the app is very standardized), and the measurements do not provide useful insight into anything that isn't already common sense. Complete waste of money. The company also does not allow returns and does not provide a phone number to speak to anyone regarding dissatisfaction. I believe this company is a scam.
