IT WORKS! It works! I've been stuck several years bouncing back and forth the same 10#. This app is teaching me healthier food choices and combinations. I have real time feedback with my lumen levels. I'm in week 7 and down 12.5# and I feel great. I carry my lumen with me on trips or eating out. I'm much more conscious on choosing macros in correct portions. By doing this I'm not hungry all the time. I'v dramatically lowered by sugar consumption and keeping my carb levels low. I've come to enjoy the healthy fats that keep me satisfied and consuming proper amounts of protein to build my muscle mass. I'm a nurse of 40 years and I've been recommending this to everyone who will listen. Customer service has been most helpful answering questions and responding timely.

Please add high carb meals there are none available Love the app as it does encourage you to eat well. My only suggestion would be add food ideas for boost days for those of us who have higher carb needs. We paid to have food recommendations but I’ve had a couple days where it just tells me there are no recommendations based on my needs for the meal.

30 Pounds Down, 30 more to Go! I’ve been using the Lumen for a year now.
