USI’ve been keto since 2018 I’ve been keto since 2018. Not able to figure out why I can’t lose weight faster second week in and lumens already trying to fix my gut health. I’m absolutely loving this app! Once I’m a little better in my fat burning state, I’m sure I’ll be able to eat more but afraid at this point since I know my guts is not working properly quite yet! I’m a lot more relaxed, because Lumen is figuring it out for me.

USIT WORKS! It works! I've been stuck several years bouncing back and forth the same 10#. This app is teaching me healthier food choices and combinations. I have real time feedback with my lumen levels. I'm in week 7 and down 12.5# and I feel great. I carry my lumen with me on trips or eating out. I'm much more conscious on choosing macros in correct portions. By doing this I'm not hungry all the time. I'v dramatically lowered by sugar consumption and keeping my carb levels low. I've come to enjoy the healthy fats that keep me satisfied and consuming proper amounts of protein to build my muscle mass.
