This really works I have been using Lignosus on and off for a year now. My problem was I wasn’t always consistent and when I wasn’t I noticed a difference. I won’t go without it again. I take it a small glass of cranberry juice and it tastes amazing. I also love that there are only two ingredients the tiger milk mushroom and the passion fruit. No other ingredients so you know you’re not taking a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I have severe COPD and am on oxygen full time when I take lignosus it starts to loosen up the mucus stuck in my lungs and I am able to get rid of it which of course helps with my ability to take more oxygen into my lungs. Taking this along with regular exercise has helped me to lower the required amount of oxygen I need from my machine. I will be taking lignosus as long as it is available. This really works. Highly recommend. Okay, for real, this stuff really works. Before taking Lignosus, I was taking a daily OTC allergy pill, a steroid nasal spray and STILL drowning in phlegm. As early as a few days of taking Lignosus, I could tell it was working. Now, weeks later, I feel so much better. What a difference! And I even really like the taste!
