Wreaking HAVOC on those workouts Havoc is absolutely incredible! It doesn't have that crash from the other pre-workouts I've taken. I personally love the lemon-lime flavor, but the watermelon gets rave reviews from friends who use Havoc! Can't go wrong with either, and the focus is INTENSE!

Had really good workouts with out… Had really good workouts with out feeling tired and pushed a lot more weight then I normally do! Only thing I can say is work on the taste on the pre workout. It not terrible but not the best the intro has a really good flavor though so 👍🏻It’s a solid pre and intra workout
