Trigger is a simple and effective pre-workout Trigger is a straight forward pre-workout, it gives you great and smooth energy. I have used it for cardio and weight resistance training and I would recommend it for either one. I like the fact of how simple of a formula it is and it gives me energy past my workout and helps with my energy level throughout my whole day. I would say this should only be taken morning to at the latest mid-day because of how I have seen for the lasting effect of the caffeine in it.
