Great Product, Quality Service, Room to Grow Customer service and communication is great. Really friendly and helpful. Product is awesome, custom fit insoles that hold up over a long time / lot of miles and help a ton. I have two pairs and run in them exclusively, and often walk in them. They can cause blisters, but so do Chacos and everyone knows those are great. I wonder if a little athletic tape over the top surface is all that's needed to prevent that (you'd think I'd have tried already), but eventually I'm hoping they can find a way to put a thin, soft layer on top so the lattice structure doesn't chafe. Even if that product development doesn't come, however, I still swear by these, as they are, through at least a half marathon distance! It's also clear that the company really values customer feedback, too.

They work—I can run farther without… They work—I can run farther without nerve pain. For the price, thought they would have more cushion and more sleek appearance. I would buy another if they were less expensive.
