Easily fitted in comfort of your own home I love the idea that you can get measured and fitted in the comfort of home. The app I found that takes pics and does the sizing is pretty accurate. My insoles arrived about three weeks later and I've enjoyed using them

I've been using InStrydes for several months in my running shoes (gym workouts and 4-mile exercise walks) and in my everyday casual shoes. They fit perfectly and are very durable. I liked the first pair so much that I bought another pair three months later. I can't tell the two pairs apart - both still look new and feel as they did when I got them. I highly recommend InStrydes!
