Finally an orthotic with great support as well as comfort I’ve had issues with my arch for years and had been wearing a hard orthotic, which was uncomfortable. Enjoy Walking and Hiking Bought a couple of pairs of these for general walking and hiking. Also was taking a trip to Spain to hike the El Camino trail for a week. Took a day or 2 to get used to them, but after that they were excellent. last week I went on 2) 4+ mile walks (2) days in a row. Completely forgot i had them on. Comfortable, Breathable, a excellent support.
