They have helped alleviate back pain when I have gone on extended walks and hikes, especially a few weeks ago in the Alps. The fitting process was easy, and the insoles fit my primary walking and hiking shoes really well. I’ll need another pair for my dress shoes because of the differing shoe designs.

Hands Down the Best Insoles Ever It was an easy process and the insoles fit my feet perfectly. I wear them everyday and can't imagine not wearing them. Easily fitted in comfort of your own home I love the idea that you can get measured and fitted in the comfort of home. The app I found that takes pics and does the sizing is pretty accurate. My insoles arrived about three weeks later and I've enjoyed using them
