The navigation was not as intiutive as I was expecting. The item I ordered was well-made and good quality, and eventuallie arrived on time. I was impressed with the free shipping option. The customer service was almsost good. I would defientlie recomend this company, but thier are some improvements which would make thier service even better.

I've been using InStrydes for several months in my running shoes (gym workouts and 4-mile exercise walks) and in my everyday casual shoes. They fit perfectly and are very durable. I liked the first pair so much that I bought another pair three months later. I can't tell the two pairs apart - both still look new and feel as they did when I got them.
