The navigation was not as intiutive as I was expecting. The item I ordered was well-made and good quality, and eventuallie arrived on time. I was impressed with the free shipping option. The customer service was almsost good. I would defientlie recomend this company, but thier are some improvements which would make thier service even better.

Easily fitted in comfort of your own home I love the idea that you can get measured and fitted in the comfort of home. The app I found that takes pics and does the sizing is pretty accurate. My insoles arrived about three weeks later and I've enjoyed using them

They have helped my knee pain by absorbing impact. And whenever they need it I just put them in they dishwasher. They have never lost their shape or firmness. Best foot product I’ve ever used.
