I think it really worked! I got a Groove panel for my husband when he was dealing with a small bowel obstruction. We thought he was going to need surgery to fix it, but after using red light daily, the scar tissue that was causing the obstruction relaxed. I can’t say *for sure* that it was the red light that did it, but knowing that targeting inflammation and scar tissue is one of the aims of red light therapy, I’m confident it played a role. Now I use it daily myself for general wellness!

I needed a proper red-light panel as I had a procedure for a type if Sclerosis on my skin. It cut my recovery time in half and I use the panel 5 days a week for the last 10 months to maintain and keep my condition at bay. My product was despatched on time. The only downside was that the process was a bit lenthy. Packging could be better.
