I’ve got a panel and a desk lamp at work and a panel and a night light at home. Previously, I owned a product from a different company that was not near as effective.

I love my Rex, could be sturdier I love my Rex panel. My only complaint is how flimsy the casing is. It is made of the thinnest cheapest plastic with sharp edges. Since this is used so close to the body, those sharp edges have scratched and hurt me inadvertently many times. The port where the plug must be inserted and removed each time (no on/off switch) is barely held by this flimsy plastic and seems to move around and pull out of place when I carefully remove the plug after each daily use. Absolutely no complaints about the integrity of the company, I just wish the casing and port for the plug were a little more sturdy since this thing gets a lot of daily use close to the body... it DOES get pretty hot after about 10 minutes of being on. Probably pretty normal :)

I had an ordinar experience wih… I had an ordinar experience wih Gembared.com. Not to excelent but almost good. The staff were polite, and teh selection availble was sizable. The website design of the conten was nice, but was fairly challenging to naviagate through sometimes. This didn't detract from my over all experience too much. There were some spelling mistakes on some of the product advertiesments, but they were minor. Overall, an acceptalble experienc.

Excellent info and communication I found their website very clear and concise and offered more comprehensive information about chosing red light products than I'd found elsewhere. Are committed to informing customers, not just getting a sale. Communication/responses were remarkably quick and relevant to my enquiries, overall an impressive and positive experience.

High quality, affordable and correctly tested I love that all of the devices are affordable, and high quality. Its important to me that they are thoroughly tested with the correct tools. I've been using Gembared for a few years now and will continue to recommend their products to anyone getting into red light therapy.
