GBI love VFR Anna and Gabriel really care about each of their students. It is so apparent in every interaction and they are truly two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I think they have a very smart program too. It encompasses a holistic approach where you learn on so many different and valuable levels. They have great wisdom as they teach us to become more fit and healthy and I loved learning from them. I learned more in the last four months than I have in a very long time.

NLVFR helped me lose inches and change my habits VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

GBBest decision I ever made. I came into this program so excited and just 2 weeks after signing up? I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. But Gabriel and Anna waited for me to get better and had my back the entire time. Not only have I gotten stronger with the workouts but I have made some amazing friends in this group. But my biggest takeaway is that I have not only supported others - but I have allowed Them to support me. I highly recommend Vegan Fitness Redifined!!! Best decision I ever made!

GBLife-changing experience Hi! I'm Vanessa, a mom of a high-energy toddler, a busy substance prevention professional, and a real estate investor. Before working with VFR, I struggled with maintaining weight loss and have “yo-yoed” my entire life. After my pregnancy, I struggled to find the time to prioritize my health, nutrition, and exercise. I had always been active but became extremely sedentary after 2020, and since going vegan in 2021, I relied a lot on meat alternatives and highly processed vegan foods. In 2023, I decided it was time for a change, and enough was enough. If I wanted my son to eat healthy and be highly active, I had to start with me. Since beginning to work with Gabriel and Anna, I've had many wins. In about five months, I have increased my workouts to 5-6x/week from 0-1x/week, lost about 10 lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes, and learned to eat much more whole-food vegan meals. I feel stronger and leaner, and my old clothes now fit much better. I just feel happier overall that I can prioritize myself, my nutrition, and my overall health while keeping in line with my goals of being a lifelong active vegan. There have been a couple of things that l've appreciated about working with Gabriel and Anna: -First, the level of support they have given me throughout my entire experience has been incredible; I’ve worked with other professionals in the past but have never had this level of support and accountability as I’ve had with them. Additionally, they have helped me see how much progress I’ve made despite being slower than I had wanted (given some of my dietary inconsistencies, several illnesses during flu season, and low times). The mindset work and support they provide have been life-changing for me, helping me realize that I’ve achieved many wins along the way and have been able to achieve my goals. Working with Gabriel and Anna has been life-changing in my journey to create better habits and a new identity for me as a “super busy, vegan mom who prioritizes her health and can be a role model for her son.” I rave about my experience to anyone and everyone who asks about my improved appearance and healthy habits.
