Vegan Fitness Redefined brings a blended approach to coaching to help plant based or aspiring plant based founders, leaders, creators get lean, strong, and healthy while leading by example. VFR is uniquely positioned to help lead and coach on mindset, personal growth, and health & fitness development using 20+ years of evidence-based practice. We've worked with 100's of plant based high achievers, leaders, and founders over the past 8 years. We've seen what works - and what doesn't. As entrepreneurs, we've felt the struggle of feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and putting yourself last. Exceptional Coaching and Training Services Gabriel and Anna are very supportive and give great advice to help me reach my goals. They hold me accountable and offer suggestions to overcome obstacles my life presents. Their approach is unique in that not only do they provide health and fitness coaching, they also include mindset training that has done wonders for me in all aspects of my life. I feel uplifted and positive most of the time and it's thanks to their trainings and coaching. I recommend VFR to anyone who needs support, accountability, and direction on how to reach their health and fitness goals.

Transformative Experience - If you let it be! Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a single mom of 2 kids and a highly driven professional. Before working with VFR, I struggled to find the time to prioritize health and nutrition in the ways I wanted to. And, while I've been active most of my life (dancing, running, hiking, etc.) my workout routines were pretty inconsistent. I also didn't feel like I had the knowledge to make some of the changes I wanted to and quite honestly didn't feel like I had the time to really learn what I would need to, in order to make those changes. Since beginning to work with Gabriel, I've had a lot of wins. Tactically speaking, over 4 months I've lost 5.5 inches off my waist and have lost about 10 lbs. However, for me, the bigger wins are some of the smaller moments when my kids tell me that they can tell I'm getting stronger by how I pick them up or when a huge bag of dog food goes from being heavy for me to pick up to light. There are a couple of things that I've really appreciated about working with Gabriel: First, the level of support that he gives. He'll match your commitment and dedication to yourself and is with you on the journey. Next, is that I've felt like I could ask any question in a non-judgmental space and I have a LOT of questions. I never felt like any question was too much and I've learned a ton over these months. And, I appreciated the accountability that was provided. I knew that he would know if I did (or didn't) complete what I committed to and that level of accountability was really helpful to help me begin to build new habits. Thanks to Gabriel and the VFR team. Ya'll rock. :)

I love VFR Anna and Gabriel really care about each of their students. It is so apparent in every interaction and they are truly two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I think they have a very smart program too. It encompasses a holistic approach where you learn on so many different and valuable levels. They have great wisdom as they teach us to become more fit and healthy and I loved learning from them. I learned more in the last four months than I have in a very long time.

VFR helped me lose inches and change my habits VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

7 months fitness Redefined program Supportive, understanding and incredibly patient! I find this much more than just a fitness regime, it's a mentorship program, they're saints! I'm vastly improved since joining VFR, stronger, faster, better stamina and mindset, they're the best!
