GBI enjoyed the Accelerator program I enjoyed the Accelerator program. The program introduced me to nutrition and fitness machines. The guidance I received allowed me to have the tools to lose 32 pounds. Anna is a great coach, and she is very kind and patient. She makes you feel good about your accomplishments, and keeps you on track. This program is for students who are committed to Veganism and wanting to become the best version of themselves. One has to have a strong self commitment and follow through to obtain health and fitness goals. The only negative aspect of the program is the high cost of the program, and no fitness instructions in personal one on one fitness training or meal preparation.

NOI found myself with VFR To resume is a few words, my experience started with very low expectations, without confidence and with low self-esteem. Last year was difficult, I helped opening a new veterinary hospital, while studying for my specialization and with toddler. My stress levels were sky high! Whiteout VFR team, I don't think I would manage to do everything. We adapted to my situation and was so helpful by teaching me how to control my stress levels, reducing my anxiety and helping me continuing my routines. My coach Anna, always took the time to hear me, always gave me a friendly word, and went way beyond her 'job' to support me. VFR program is way more than just diet and an exercise plan... Today I'll flying solo, but this time I know my value, I'm confidente I can become even more stronger than what I am now. VFR pulled me out of a dark place by giving me tools, support and recognition for the effort I made. I'll always recomend VFR. I'm very grateful that we found each other. 😊

The coaches are fantastic at keeping you accountable and not making you feel overwhelmed or guilty, giving you autonomy to accomplish your goals with the support needed to get there.

GBPassionate guides help you achieve your fitness and mindset goals Gabriel and Anna are passionate and bring that infectious energy to every coaching call and online session. They are both very knowledgeable and provide a ton of valuable strategies to help you reach your goals. This program, unlike others, takes a holistic approach to include nutrition, fitness, and also mindset training which is the key and often block many of us have. I was able to become consistent with so many habits with their guidance. I highly recommend this program!

GBTransformative Experience - If you let it be! Hi! I'm Ashley and I'm a single mom of 2 kids and a highly driven professional. Before working with VFR, I struggled to find the time to prioritize health and nutrition in the ways I wanted to. And, while I've been active most of my life (dancing, running, hiking, etc.) my workout routines were pretty inconsistent. I also didn't feel like I had the knowledge to make some of the changes I wanted to and quite honestly didn't feel like I had the time to really learn what I would need to, in order to make those changes. Since beginning to work with Gabriel, I've had a lot of wins. Tactically speaking, over 4 months I've lost 5.5 inches off my waist and have lost about 10 lbs. However, for me, the bigger wins are some of the smaller moments when my kids tell me that they can tell I'm getting stronger by how I pick them up or when a huge bag of dog food goes from being heavy for me to pick up to light. There are a couple of things that I've really appreciated about working with Gabriel: First, the level of support that he gives. He'll match your commitment and dedication to yourself and is with you on the journey. Next, is that I've felt like I could ask any question in a non-judgmental space and I have a LOT of questions. I never felt like any question was too much and I've learned a ton over these months. And, I appreciated the accountability that was provided. I knew that he would know if I did (or didn't) complete what I committed to and that level of accountability was really helpful to help me begin to build new habits. Thanks to Gabriel and the VFR team. Ya'll rock. :)
