NLVFR helped me lose inches and change my habits VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

GBVFR Has Changed My Life I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VFR. This program supports all aspects of my overall health, including exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Gabriel and Anna have developed a program and community that is inclusive and supportive, providing expertise and encouragement while recognizing their students are humans and we won’t be 100% every second of every day. Their mantra, “Progress over perfection,” has opened doors for me and enabled me to achieve things I never thought possible. After 90+ days on the program, I’m healthier than I’ve been in decades, and I look better, too. Although I’m someone who has always despised exercise, I actually enjoy my workouts and it’s easy to get myself to do them. I am so glad VFR is part of my life and am looking forward to continuing this journey for many years to come.

GBVegan Fitness Redefined-a genuine program that will definitely change your life! Hi, everyone! I have been a member of the Vegan Fitness Redefined group for a year now. I can't recommend this program enough, they have really changed my life! They are the best coaches! When I started, I lacked positivity about myself and life in general, I had gained a bunch of weight, and I had gone through a lot of tough experiences in my personal life. I didn't trust people much and I was unsure of what my next move would be in my life. Once I registered for this program, everything started to change more and more (especially after the first month). The sense of genuine community and compassion has REALLY restored my faith in people, has allowed me to trust again, has allowed me to have joy and laugh again, and the support has helped me to change my life in many ways. In regards to what they've helped me achieve in just a year physically...I've lost 42 pounds, have lost inches in my waist, I've really increased my endurance (and have been able to walk further and faster despite having a difficult past year of health challenges), and most importantly in terms of mental/emotional changes- I've really changed my mindset about myself and life in general. I no longer live in fear, anxiety, and negativity. I also no longer live waiting and anticipating for the next negative thing or traumatic thing to happen! If something doesn't work out, I don't give up like I used to. They've helped me remember that the things that are beyond my control won't get any better by me stressing out and feeling anxious. If I can't do something or something doesn't work out, there's an alternative to making things work. As they often say, it's PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION! :) . I'm a recovering perfectionist with myself, so this is huge! Most recently, I attended their NY Meetup two weeks ago. I can't express enough how special and inspiring the weekend was for all of us! There was a genuine sense of community and we all shared our experiences thus far in our VFR journey. Coincidentally, each of us who attended are at different levels in the program (I'm on Level 2: Inspire), so we all learned from each other. I have been more of an introverted person, but I realized that maybe I'm only introverted when I'm around people who don't lift me up and who aren't my tribe. I wasn't introverted at all at this meet up and felt beyond comfortable, supported, loved, and happy! I HIGHLY recommend attending their meetups and becoming a permanent member of their Vegan Fitness Redefined group, they really will change your life forever! It is ALL of our birthright to be the healthiest version of ourselves we can be...mentally, emotionally, and physically. You are not alone and will have the genuine support of Coach Anna, Coach Gabriel, and the VFR group members. Please make the positive move you're waiting for, you won't regret it! My life is back and I'm back to being the happy, fun, loving, and confident woman I used to be (and even more now)! This can happen for you too :) <3

GBLife-changing experience Hi! I'm Vanessa, a mom of a high-energy toddler, a busy substance prevention professional, and a real estate investor. Before working with VFR, I struggled with maintaining weight loss and have “yo-yoed” my entire life. After my pregnancy, I struggled to find the time to prioritize my health, nutrition, and exercise. I had always been active but became extremely sedentary after 2020, and since going vegan in 2021, I relied a lot on meat alternatives and highly processed vegan foods. In 2023, I decided it was time for a change, and enough was enough. If I wanted my son to eat healthy and be highly active, I had to start with me. Since beginning to work with Gabriel and Anna, I've had many wins. In about five months, I have increased my workouts to 5-6x/week from 0-1x/week, lost about 10 lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes, and learned to eat much more whole-food vegan meals. I feel stronger and leaner, and my old clothes now fit much better. I just feel happier overall that I can prioritize myself, my nutrition, and my overall health while keeping in line with my goals of being a lifelong active vegan. There have been a couple of things that l've appreciated about working with Gabriel and Anna: -First, the level of support they have given me throughout my entire experience has been incredible; I’ve worked with other professionals in the past but have never had this level of support and accountability as I’ve had with them. Additionally, they have helped me see how much progress I’ve made despite being slower than I had wanted (given some of my dietary inconsistencies, several illnesses during flu season, and low times). The mindset work and support they provide have been life-changing for me, helping me realize that I’ve achieved many wins along the way and have been able to achieve my goals. Working with Gabriel and Anna has been life-changing in my journey to create better habits and a new identity for me as a “super busy, vegan mom who prioritizes her health and can be a role model for her son.” I rave about my experience to anyone and everyone who asks about my improved appearance and healthy habits. CAA Positive Life-Changing Experience The first thing I said to Gabriel when we met was that I had to make changes NOW! I was in a deep mental pit, exhausted and unhappy with my lack of fitness and energy. I was vegan but didn't know how to feed my body, besides eliminating animal products. I had had a severe back injury in 2013 and was terrified of re-injuring myself by returning to working out. As a former gym-rat, this was a huge loss for me in my life, and my health. What came next blew me away. Gabriel and Anna provide THE BEST, MOST SUPPORTIVE coaching, information, nutrition guidance, and very importantly, you are met where you are. There is no judging, no guilt - as many have said before me, Progress Over Perfection. Becoming a part of the VFR Community has literally changed my life. I felt alone and very isolated being vegan in a rural community; now I am part of an online community that is safe, respectful and supportive. My partner has made comments on how he has noticed a positive change in my outlook and mood. For me, having both Anna and Gabriel coach me personally has meant so much. We talk about a range of things, not only workouts and nutrition, but life events that impact our ability to manage our daily lives. I have a small farm microsanctuary, and while I love each and every member of my farm animal family, I made no time for me. Even my partner came second to the animal care. I have come to realize that putting me first, by taking care of my health isn't wrong, but necessary. Another aspect of VFR I never expected was the attention to our mental health. The Mindset classes go deep into the things that we can change within ourselves, to support our growth and learning. There is great support within the group as we all face similar issues and obstacles, and there is a sense of community and sharing. Each call, Gabriel brings new challenges and ways of thinking to us. I've been able to become more positively introspective instead of tearing myself down with negativity, and challenge old beliefs. There is a lot of loss in the sanctuary life. It can be very overwhelming and your days seem to be about grief and not joy. I recently experienced the sudden devastating loss of a dear rooster and it threatened to derail me. I had a conversation with Anna about my reflections on this loss and the level of grief and sadness I was experiencing. She supported me and also provided a different point of view which was incredibly helpful. I keep that conversation close to help me when the sadness overwhelms. Physically I've gotten much stronger, have lost inches and toned up, and feel better than I have in years. I'm conscious of what I'm shopping for, cooking and eating. Having struggled my entire life with weight and food issues, VFR is a blessed relief! Coaching on nutrition, food prep and planning, individualized workouts, and education on how important mindset is all add up to a fantastic experience. I highly recommend VFR to anyone ready to take control of their health and wellness!
