NLVFR helped me lose inches and change my habits VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

NLThey lift the fog and provide clarity Gabriel and Anna are some of the most supportive and motivating persons you’ll encounter. The first thing I noticed is how good Gabriel is in listening, he really sees through your story and comes with conclusions you’ve not yet thought of. They seem to make complicated situations simple and understandable, and therefore actionable. They really ‘lift the fog’ sort of speak, and provide clarity and the action steps YOU need to become successful. I always had the ambition to take better care of my body and already tried going to the gym a couple of times, but it never really picked up. Now, thanks to them, I hit the gym at least 5 times in a week and I know exactly what I’m doing there and how I have to support it nutritionally. I definitely recommend them!

GBVFR Has Changed My Life I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VFR. This program supports all aspects of my overall health, including exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Gabriel and Anna have developed a program and community that is inclusive and supportive, providing expertise and encouragement while recognizing their students are humans and we won’t be 100% every second of every day. Their mantra, “Progress over perfection,” has opened doors for me and enabled me to achieve things I never thought possible. After 90+ days on the program, I’m healthier than I’ve been in decades, and I look better, too. Although I’m someone who has always despised exercise, I actually enjoy my workouts and it’s easy to get myself to do them. I am so glad VFR is part of my life and am looking forward to continuing this journey for many years to come.
