Vegan Fitness Redefined brings a blended approach to coaching to help plant based or aspiring plant based founders, leaders, creators get lean, strong, and healthy while leading by example. VFR is uniquely positioned to help lead and coach on mindset, personal growth, and health & fitness development using 20+ years of evidence-based practice. We've worked with 100's of plant based high achievers, leaders, and founders over the past 8 years. We've seen what works - and what doesn't. As entrepreneurs, we've felt the struggle of feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, and putting yourself last. We're on a mission to help 100,000 plant-based founders, leaders, and creators become healthy, strong role models of health by 2035. Best decision I ever made. I came into this program so excited and just 2 weeks after signing up? I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia. But Gabriel and Anna waited for me to get better and had my back the entire time. Not only have I gotten stronger with the workouts but I have made some amazing friends in this group. But my biggest takeaway is that I have not only supported others - but I have allowed Them to support me. I highly recommend Vegan Fitness Redifined!!! Best decision I ever made!

VFR helped me lose inches and change my habits VFR 2.0 is a great program for those who can afford it. The custom workouts and nutrition advice was incredibly helpful to me as someone new to the scene. In addition, the community and the mindfulness classes were useful in showing where my unhalthy habits came from and how to work healthier habits into my existing life. I highly recommend it for those who really want to get healthier and change their lifestyles but aren't sure where to start or who to trust. I was shocked to meet my waist reduction goal of 3 inches during the program despite dealing with a long-term health issue at the same time (and I still ate fries!). I learned how to care for myself and my body so that now I am better prepared to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

An all encompassing program = success An all encompassing program complete with nutrition mindset and fitness training. The coaches are fantastic at keeping you accountable and not making you feel overwhelmed or guilty, giving you autonomy to accomplish your goals with the support needed to get there.

Exceptional Coaching and Training Services Gabriel and Anna are very supportive and give great advice to help me reach my goals. They hold me accountable and offer suggestions to overcome obstacles my life presents. Their approach is unique in that not only do they provide health and fitness coaching, they also include mindset training that has done wonders for me in all aspects of my life. I feel uplifted and positive most of the time and it's thanks to their trainings and coaching. I recommend VFR to anyone who needs support, accountability, and direction on how to reach their health and fitness goals.

VFR Has Changed My Life I can’t say enough good things about my experience with VFR. This program supports all aspects of my overall health, including exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Gabriel and Anna have developed a program and community that is inclusive and supportive, providing expertise and encouragement while recognizing their students are humans and we won’t be 100% every second of every day. Their mantra, “Progress over perfection,” has opened doors for me and enabled me to achieve things I never thought possible. After 90+ days on the program, I’m healthier than I’ve been in decades, and I look better, too. Although I’m someone who has always despised exercise, I actually enjoy my workouts and it’s easy to get myself to do them. I am so glad VFR is part of my life and am looking forward to continuing this journey for many years to come.
