I found the buying process very pressurized, and I have not seen any benefits. The whole buying experience was a bit of a mess: my "initial" order was for about a 6 month supply. Somehow one of the orders was put on "refill" every month, so I got a notice to say my next 6 months stock was on its way about 3 weeks in. After a month, I do not perceive any differences, so I am about to request a refund on the initial order(s). I must admit, I found it very discouraging that after the hyped up sales pitch for the MCT product, once I ordered that I was offered more and mor things to ramp up effects! Gundry is not a food scientist Gundry makes a big deal about how bad folloods with lectins are. Eating raw beans etc is bad. BUT we all obviously cook legumes first and therefore break down or denature the lectins. Legumes are very healthy so he does a huge disservice advocating against them. And why? In order to sell you expensive supplements. Stick to cardiology Gundry.
