This was my first time using cbd This was my first time using cbd. I ordered the bio cbd vape pen. My goal was to get relief from pain and help with sleep. The taste was very pleasant. Unfortunately it did not work as best as i liked and gave me headaches after using the product. My experience overall with customer service was excellent. They refunded my purchase before 30 days. I think i will try another route for using CBD. Thanks for the prompt service and customer satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful Absolutely wonderful. Customer service and communication is excellent as is their product. I have tried other CBD products such as oils, but the BioCBD water soluble with turmeric pills are the best I’ve tried yet for treating my insomnia and other symptoms I have from MS. Pills deliver a higher amount of CBD that lasts longer, and is less expensive than what I would have to use to get the same result with oil. Highly recommend!

Very Disappointed in Customer Support I have been buying your Total Care Capsules for over four years. In that time I have had two deliveries lost by the post office. The first time it happened, I was quickly sent a replacement order via over night Priority Mail. This time I was asked to wait for my order to be delivered (It has been almost two weeks since it was supposed to be delivered) or have my money refunded. Either way, I am still without the capsules. After this experience, I am unsure whether or not to continue to buy your products, no matter how good they are. I have been without any capsules since the day before my last delivery was to have been made, too. I am frustrated and angry at this point.
