Total Body Care & gummies got me through knee surgery recovery! I recently purchased the Total Body Care capsules and the gummies too. I cannot say enough regarding how well these products work! I recently had knee surgery ( ouch) and these supplements and gummies have truly helped with my inflammation, pain, and sleep. My surgeon says that I can use the topical again soon ( once surgical site/ wound is fully closed, so I’m looking forward to getting back to using the topical CBD. Calm Reward for the End of the Day I've previously used the vape, capsules and topical based on Ben Greenfield's recommendation. I bought the gummies to see what they were about and these are awesome. I eat one after dinner as a reward for a long day and they seem to really calm me down and help me sleep better.

This was my first time using cbd This was my first time using cbd. I ordered the bio cbd vape pen. My goal was to get relief from pain and help with sleep. The taste was very pleasant. Unfortunately it did not work as best as i liked and gave me headaches after using the product. My experience overall with customer service was excellent. They refunded my purchase before 30 days. tried >15 brands...for autoimmune, inflammatory I have tried no less than 15 brands of CBD. This is my favorite. Simply put I have an autoimmune disorder, this helps keep my my prescription strength; pain rx, sleep rx, stomach rx, steroid rx, and anxiety rx on the shelf unused. I have reduced the amount of steroidal anti-inflammatory meds as well as nsaids. I am able to jog due to the topical oil, I deal with stress and mourning the loss of my father immediately with vape oil. I keep a morning ritual with one capsule (couple capsules for a hard morning). Lastly, I keep a vape next to bed when I have trouble sleeping.
