What a joke What a joke. These people do not understand patient care whatsoever. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I have never encountered a more self-serving organization. Gladys is completely unprofessional and unfortunately seems to be the one and only representative there is. I have never received my order and rather than trying to make it right, Riverfront MD stated this would be too costly for them. They claim they will refund my money, but given their lack of response to this point, I have no expectation of ever seeing my money again. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a ton of aggravation.

It does usually take 3 full business days to get your order to the ship stage plus 2 days for shipping. I’d suggest set your expectations that it will take 1 week from submitting your request to having HCG in hand and you will not be disappointed. Besides, use that time to start on your pre-diet loading phase. Thanks!
