What a joke What a joke. These people do not understand patient care whatsoever. Having worked in healthcare for over 20 years, I have never encountered a more self-serving organization. Gladys is completely unprofessional and unfortunately seems to be the one and only representative there is. I have never received my order and rather than trying to make it right, Riverfront MD stated this would be too costly for them. They claim they will refund my money, but given their lack of response to this point, I have no expectation of ever seeing my money again. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a ton of aggravation.

I would recommend Riverfront for so… I would recommend Riverfront for so many reasons, but what really was top notch was the live chat agent. HCG is not cheap, so to be able to ask the agent questions truly put my mind at ease. I will continue using Riverfront for health products.

Customer Service I'm extremely impressed by RiverFront MD's customer service. I had an order ship out then our area was hit by Hurricane Laura so I knew my order couldn't be delivered. I contacted them and they retrieved the shipment and held it for me until I knew UPS was delivering again. I appreciate them working with me and not charging me extra for the shipping.
