During the past couple of years ….never sick! During the Covid situation and varying temperatures during the winter the last couple of years, I did not experience any of the usual, colds or flu. Orders always arrived early so there was no break in keeping up. I am still having sleep issues, but this could be attributed to other factors, not the lack of vitamins, however.
