Efficient and Informative They were quick to deliver my hair sample and answer any initial questions. The report was very detailed and informative. My personalized vitamins arrived quickly after and are always replenished efficiently. Horrible operation Horrible operation. No Customer Service. Sent in samples over 4 weeks ago, kept getting an email to take a questionnaire that I couldn't log in for the questionnaire. I sent several emails to honed but NEVER got any reply, very incompetent. Just this week I set up another account to answer the questionnaire. Crazy. Still NO feedback on hair sample , no feedback on the questionnaire. If you cant call someone to talk about problems then the company model is broken. Still waiting for reply's on my emails and the questionnaire.
