Horrible operation Horrible operation. No Customer Service. Sent in samples over 4 weeks ago, kept getting an email to take a questionnaire that I couldn't log in for the questionnaire. I sent several emails to honed but NEVER got any reply, very incompetent. Just this week I set up another account to answer the questionnaire. Crazy. Still NO feedback on hair sample , no feedback on the questionnaire. If you cant call someone to talk about problems then the company model is broken. Still waiting for reply's on my emails and the questionnaire.

Exceptional customer service AND product Every time I have an issue — be it with shipping, billing, subscription, questions about specific supplements, etc. I receive the best customer care. There is a dedicated person (looking at you, Courtney!) who within a day always gets back to me and helps resolve the issue and/or answer my question. Honed has been a Godsend for my mother on her cancer recovery journey, and for me, in my ongoing journey toward better health and well-being. Better Sleep and Energy Levels! I've been taking the recommended "Enhanced" package of Vitamins per my hair test and personal assessment for the past 3 months and love my results. I sleep better, have more energy and my skin has cleared up. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I was not notified of my test results once they were in. I waited almost 4 weeks and finally had to log into my PV account to see that they were waiting there. Then it took another 2 weeks to get delivered. Otherwise, my experience has been great.
