GBThey work for me! Fast shipping and they always work for me but this obviously depends on other factors like food and sleep and how much i actually drink. They always either make it so i have no hangover or make it more tolerable. I just wish they weren’t so expensive!

GBPackaging Issues with the Hydration Packets Update 3/15/23- Wow, what an excellent response from the company! They thanked us for our feedback, acknowledged the issue, confirmed a solution, and then not only credited us with a full refund, but sent out a complementary bottle of the purple pills. Talk about above and beyond customer service. I knew there’s a reason we love these folks! We love the products - Purple Pills and the Hydration Packets. However, both sealed pouches of containing 18 hydration packets each had an unknown liquid in them. All the packets had to be washed by hand and some appear to have their seals compromised. Please note the shipping package arrived intact and undamaged. This appears to be an issue with the factory not the shipping.

GBPurple Tree is Awesome! Placed an order on Wednesday, package arrived on Monday! Speedy processing and the product is worth it! Purple Tree, Liver Support & Vitamin Boost is everything you need to replenish your body. Wish they still sold the product on Amazon! Best one yet!

GBThe last two auto ships that have been… The last two auto ships that have been charged had no shipments associated to them due to delays on the production side of the business, I have been given a 45 day time frame and a 30 day time frame to expect the products that I created an auto-shipment. If there is a delay in production, 1) why am I being charged and 2) why was I not notified ahead of time? The products are great (when I've received them), but I can only seem to count on Amazon for product availability and shipment accuracy. I hate to support that Amazon conglomerate, but when the product is in need, that seems to be my only recourse.
