The hydration packets eliminated them completely. How do I know? I ran out of my supply and kept forgetting to order... Back came the leg cramps. I love the fact that these are not powder also. I have tried other supplements, but Purple Tree is the best.

They work for me! Fast shipping and they always work for me but this obviously depends on other factors like food and sleep and how much i actually drink. They always either make it so i have no hangover or make it more tolerable. I just wish they weren’t so expensive!
