GBA Focus on Health For years I have struggled with my weight and have tried many diets, programs and exercise regimes. I heard Dr. Bikman interviewed on a podcast and it felt like someone was adding the lyrics to the music that has been playing throughout my life. Dr. Bikman's science-based approach caught my attention and his focus on long term health vs illness hit home. Don't get me wrong, I want to lose some weight (and I have), but more importantly, I want to maintain my activity. I want to travel, explore and play. I want my physical self to be an asset in reaching my goals...not a liability. The team at Insulin IQ has been exceedingly responsive and the coaches very helpful in applying the science to daily living and creating meaningful lifestyle habits to support long-term health goals.

GBI am very impressed with the… I am very impressed with the information and guidance Insulin IQ provides in healing your body from insulin resistance and improving my health. They answer questions easily and explain things so that anyone can understand. I just started the coaching program and am looking forward to a healthy being next year at this time. I Finally feel like I can reach my goal of regaining my health, and slimming down!

GBI love InsulinIQ I love InsulinIQ! I subscribed to the program because of Dr. Bikman but stayed for all the useful content they have on the website which are well-researched and science-based. Carlie Wendell as a coach was very supportive and knowledgeable and I love that she is open to new informations and ideas. I love her calm and her ability to sit back and listen. Listening to “Hang-out” episodes make you feel like you’re part of a big, supportive health family! Learned so much from the team and also other clients’ experiences. GBInsulin IQ is exactly what I needed Insulin IQ is exactly what I needed. I'd heard of low carb-high fat eating a while ago but didn't know how to actually implement it. Combining LCHF eating along with intermittent fasting (something new to me) has helped immensely and has taken away one of my main "diet fears"...being hungry. I'm not hungry when eating low carb/high fat. Now, when I walk into the kitchen, I ask myself if I'm actually hungry or if I've found myself gazing into the fridge out of habit. For the first time in a long time, I feel I can be successful in taking charge of my health.
