Home show purchase Excellent description and demonstration of massage chair. When it was delivered, the installation crew did their best to make sure the item was set up exactly as we needed on the second floor and went through all the details of the chair. Overall excellent customer service and product so far.

Back Order Review… I ordered a Square bike back in December from Robert at Labbros. They were out of bikes so he personally called me to discuss the situation. He gave me several choices. 1. Return my money. 2. Order a different product. 3. Wait for bike until February. I decided to wait and I paid in advance. He was awesome! He kept me informed via texts... letting me know the status of the bike, calls to manufacturers, back log details, delivery, Fed ex information, etc...I was truly impressed with his personal customer service. I also read his reviews before making my decision. I am glad I did. He is honest, personable and he does truly care about his customers. Thanks Robert... I appreciate all you did for me!
