DNA Spectrum - DNA Fitness product review. I have always been quite healthy and generally fit, but as I get older, I can see that the pounds have started to catch up to me. Never having been a big exercise person, I decided to do a DNA test to see what sort of exercise would benefit me more. My results came back that I need to do more moderate to intense exercises, that will improve my strength and burn body faster. Simple.
