So Thankful... I spent weeks scouring the internet for an urn that would do my loved one justice. I found legendURN via google and I came upon the ceramic 'diamond with a heat urn... bURNed Initially excited about my order. Was disappointed to hear that my order had to be sent via regular mail due to cost of express shipping to Guam. This will extend delivery beyond the advertised period. I threatened to cancel the order but cooler heads prevailed. In explaining the reason for delays the CS representative called Guam an “unreachable lonely island in the middle of the pacific”…somewhat insulting to me as Guam is my island home. I hope the urn is top quality as I will return it if not satisfied.
