GBGreat Program Built Daily is a wonderful program that has taught me so much. After many years of trying different diets and losing weight and gaining it back I understand why diets don't work. Deanna is a wonderful coach she truly cares is warm and friendly. This program has taught me about self care and how to nourish my body with foods that satiate and satisfy me. Ive learned to love myself more and appreciate my body. I would recommend this program to anyone who is frustrated and tired of the diet rollercoaster.

GBChanged for Life! I've followed Tony and Deanna for 7+ years. When I first stumbled across their philosophies while trying to navigate through the diet and health world, my whole perspective shifted! Their teachings and practices spoke to me in a way nothing else had. I have followed their programs, podcasts, instagram posts, emails and this January finally signed up for the mentorship program. I can't express enough how life changing this has been for me! I feel freedom with food, body, mind and body that I have NEVER experienced. I am not completely healed yet, but for the first time I'm not obsessing and I feel hope. I cannot sing enough praises for Tony and Deanna! GBBest thing I ever did! Tony and Deanna seriously care about each and every member of Built Daily. I went through the mentorship with Deanna and I learned so much, not only about food and my relationship with it, but about my relationship with myself and how to be my best self. I wanted to back to school for years, but limiting beliefs were holding me back. Because of the work we did in the mentorship I empowered myself and I graduate in 2 weeks as a registered nurse at 39 years old. I am forever grateful for Deanna and her caring spirit.

CAAn innovative program with excellent coaches and a supportive community. I had been dieting on and off for decades and realized that I needed a completely different approach to be healthy. My relationship with food was disordered. I joined Built Daily in May 2021 and am still immersed in the community. At first I did the Elite program, then a group mentorship, followed by private coaching. It has been a wonderful experience! Deanna and Tony are excellent coaches with years of experience and have developed an innovative program that goes deep into your relationships with food, body, exercise and mind. They are warm, authentic, and relatable because they have gone through the same problems themselves and are not afraid to share. They have created a community which is very supportive. They are accessible. Depending on the level, there are weekly coaching calls, weekly small group mentorship calls, weekly check-ins, Twice-a-week small group meetings, once-a -week and one-on-one meetings and access by Voxer. This program had helped me understand that the disordered eating problem was merely a symptom of underlying issues. It is really a program that touches all aspects of your life and leads to a fuller, more meaningful life experience. I have made a lot of progress. I am much more at peace with my body and have improved in many aspects of my life. I must say that that the mentorship program is rather costly but it is worth it! When I think of all the money I spent on all kinds of diets ranging from Weight Watchers to Doctor-surpervised protein diets.

GBExtraordinary in mindset makeover, lacking understanding of menopausal needs I am so glad I found this program. It really helped me identify and understand the poor relationship I had with food, body, exercise and mindset. After going though the version 3 mentorship program and then version 4 training content I felt like the program was missing some important information to guide and support my menopause body and mindset. I was disappointed that the calibration advice was a calorie in, calorie out approach. Which I found is actually counter-intuitive to how the menopause body responds to food and exercise. While the "don't hate, investigate" advice is key to finding a plan that works best for each individual and could apply to a women in various stages of menopause, it felt too broad and overwhelming for WHAT I needed to investigate, HOW I needed to investigate and WHERE to apply the data. Menopause made me feel like the things I needed to investigate changed daily. This increased my frustration, lowered my motivation and ultimately added to negative body, mood, and sleep results. I stumbled upon another program that is based on hormone/menopause phases and I had significant results in 1 week. The program's #1 foundation is mindset and I feel like Built Daily gave me that foundation and understanding to fully digest and implement the new information I found. I am excited and highly motivated to embrace my new foundation blocks for movement, meal changes and exercise.
