At Built Daily, we are passionate about extricating women from the pain and frustration of diet culture and the damage it has done to your relationships with food, your body, exercise, and your mind. When you have healed, you will be free to make the healthy decisions and habits you want for your life without willpower, stress, or white-knuckling, and reach your naturally healthiest weight with ease. As former dieters who struggled with binge eating, frustration, wild weight swings, and food/body obsession for decades, we understand exactly how confusing, unhelpful, and downright damaging the typical advice is for health, fitness, and your weight. The "forced behavior change" approach (restrict food, workout to burn calories, throw the foods out, set a calorie budget, chew some gum/drink some tea, etc) does not get to the root of the issue - your unmet needs, the intensity you feel around food, the value you place on your body, the dread you feel around exercise. In fact, the "forced behavior change" (or what we sometimes call band-aid) approaches make everything much, much worse.

Built Daily...The End of Dieting For Me I have spent the vast majority of my life, early teens to present in the yo yo diet cycle. You name it I've tried it Weight Watchers, Noom, managing macros, etc. What I figured out is that none of these ways of eating were enjoyable or sustainable for me. Lose weight, gain it back with some more became the norm. I finally decided I wasn't going to follow these anymore but had no idea what I was going to do. I stumbled across Built Daily on Facebook one day as they were giving a free digital copy of their book to anyone who desired it. I had never heard of them before but what did I have to lose? So I began reading. The book sounded like it was written about my personal dieting life, and suggested that healing one's relationship with food, mind, body and exercise is the key to your bodies healthiest weight. After reading 3/4 of the book I definately wanted to know how I could do this personally as I didn't even know where to start. I booked a call and spoke with Deana who asked me questions to see if the program would be a good fit for me and explained how the Built Daily mentorship would help. I had nothing to lose so after contemplating a couple of days I joined. I spent the next month devouring the course, attending online meetings with others, and having one on one chats with Deana about how things were going. Let me just say it has been a life changer for me. Gone are the days of weighing every morsel of food, weighing myself on scale everyday, and lamenting going up a pound or more trying to figure out what I ate or did to cause this. If you are looking for freedom from these things then the Built Daily program is for you. I am by nature a very skeptical person and it did sound too good to be true but it wasn't. I am so glad I decided to try the program and would tell anyone else on the fence to jump in to this program with both feet because it can be the last thing you actually have to try to win your life long struggle with your body and food.

Built Daily - What did you expect? After struggling for close to 50 years (I’m 60) with every diet there is, including B12 shots and 500 calories per day as a teenager (on the HCG Diet), I finally said ENOUGH. But I didn’t really mean it. I had been caught up since age 11 in the endless loop – diet/restrict, then hate yourself because you don’t lose “enough” in one day or one week, then binge on all the foods “not allowed” on the fill-in-the-blank plan. My body was sick and tired of the endless cycle but did I pay attention, no. I didn’t know any other alternative and felt lost and alone through a never-ending cycle. I was tired of hearing “it isn’t your fault” or “its just genetics” or “you have no self-control or willpower" or "you must not want it bad enough." Then I came across this program. Something completely foreign and scary. Eat anything?! You mean …. anything (she says in a scared whisper). Lose the scale? Wait, what!!! How will I know how much to hate myself? I could go on and on but I’m sure if you’re reading this now, you also have had (and maybe still have) those thoughts. With this program be prepared to do some scary things. Scary/exciting. Feels like you’re breaking rules that were never meant to be rules in the first place. It will feel foreign. It will be alarming at times what is asked of you because ditching the 100 year diet culture is alarming, scary AND freeing. If not dieting, then what? And that’s where this program comes in with flying colors. After you work through some difficult moments of learning and growing, you will wake up one day being able to eat ANYTHING you want and all of the sudden, you will CHOOSE to eat something healthier or maybe nothing at all because you really aren’t hungry and are working through your emotional eating issues (shocking, I know). You will feel better about yourself. You will have evenings where you don’t dread going home from work to food choices because you will have learned how to complete the end of a stressful-day cycle successfully. I highly recommend you sign up. The only things you have to lose are dread, self-loathing, being sick to your stomach with shame. The things you have to look forward to are true freedom and no limitations on who or what you want to be. You won’t regret participating in this program – I know I don’t.

Deanna is always there when needed Deanna is always there when needed. She has excellent advice. They really know what they are talking about. Their advice is based in research and experience. Having a base in research is important to me. They always have a suggestion regardless of the issue.

Built Daily changed my life Built Daily came into my life last year and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. After years of trying every diet on the planet and being told the problem was me. I didn't follow the plan well enough, if I had just paid a little more money the plan would have worked, or wasn't dedicated enough to my own well-being. I found built daily and it has literally changed my life. I no longer obsess over food, I am starting to actually enjoy exercise and I am seeing results on the scale and in other aspects of my life. Deanna and Tony get to the root of the problem and not just the surface BS we have been told to focus on. No matter what you struggle with, no matter how many times you have tried and failed to reach the goal you are striving for - this program is worth it. You will find freedom from diet culture you didn't know was the cause of the problem in the first place. Deanna and Tony coached me through every step of the program. They would shine a light when I got lost, hold my hand when I got scared, and celebrate with me when everything finally clicked. There are not enough words to express what this program means to me but if you want to change your life, this is the way to do it.

An innovative program with excellent coaches and a supportive community. I had been dieting on and off for decades and realized that I needed a completely different approach to be healthy. My relationship with food was disordered. I joined Built Daily in May 2021 and am still immersed in the community. At first I did the Elite program, then a group mentorship, followed by private coaching. It has been a wonderful experience! Deanna and Tony are excellent coaches with years of experience and have developed an innovative program that goes deep into your relationships with food, body, exercise and mind. They are warm, authentic, and relatable because they have gone through the same problems themselves and are not afraid to share. They have created a community which is very supportive. They are accessible. Depending on the level, there are weekly coaching calls, weekly small group mentorship calls, weekly check-ins, Twice-a-week small group meetings, once-a -week and one-on-one meetings and access by Voxer. This program had helped me understand that the disordered eating problem was merely a symptom of underlying issues. It is really a program that touches all aspects of your life and leads to a fuller, more meaningful life experience. I have made a lot of progress. I am much more at peace with my body and have improved in many aspects of my life. I must say that that the mentorship program is rather costly but it is worth it! When I think of all the money I spent on all kinds of diets ranging from Weight Watchers to Doctor-surpervised protein diets.
