I initially met with Deanna and her… I initially met with Deanna and her warmth and genuineness were instantly apparent. I did purchase the mentorship and l have not regretted it for one moment—it truly has been life changing and I only wish I had had access to their wisdom and program sooner.

You really need to do this program! I wish Tony and Deanna came into my life years ago! I have been on the diet culture train my whole adult life, and nothing was working. I was constantly stressed over every morsel I put into my mouth, or what I was going to see in my reflection. I always thought it was my fault and that I wasn't "strong enough" or thought I was always messing up "the plan". Now, I know BETTER! This program is a GAME CHANGER for LIFE!!! I no longer obsess over food, or my body image. I have learned to be at peace with things that are out of my control and have transferred these lessons into other parts of my life (work, family, marriage, etc). It has changed everything for me. Of course, there are going to be struggles you will go through, as with any life change, and Deanna was there for me every step of the way. Through the tears, frustration, and, most importantly BREAKTHROUGHS, Deanna was there to comfort me, talk me through it, and then celebrate my wins. Best thing I ever did! Tony and Deanna seriously care about each and every member of Built Daily. I went through the mentorship with Deanna and I learned so much, not only about food and my relationship with it, but about my relationship with myself and how to be my best self. I wanted to back to school for years, but limiting beliefs were holding me back.
