GBRoxie is the best! Roxie is the best!! I initially reached out to Roxie because I was both eager and hesitant to get back to strength training after dealing with neck/back issues. I knew I couldn't train as I had before and felt unsure as to how to get back into the swing of things. Month after month, Roxie has crafted intentional programs for me, being mindful of the modifications that I may need. For that I am very grateful. Roxie has also taught me so much about proper form, core engagement, and breathwork... AND I learned how much protein my body actually needs on a daily basis -- definitely a lot more than I imagined. Couldn't recommend Roxie more! The best trainer I've worked with. :)

CAIf Roxie says something, I will do it! I started training with Roxie during pandemic and never looked back. She literally changed my life by making me fall in love with strength training overall. Her teaching cues during classes are impeccable and helps you maintain great form which is the most important part about the training. She is also extremely knowledgable and has answer to all my questions all the time. I recently also took her nutrition course and it was eye opening in so many way. Her practical and sustinable ways of building a healthy relationship with food will settle you for life. I cannot thank her enough for making such an incredible impact on my fitness journey. GBI gave Roxy Jones 5 stars for her… I gave Roxy Jones 5 stars for her service , knowledge , and guidance. I’m new to strength training, as I come from a yoga background. Her style of virtual training was new to me, but I was excited that I would be mentored on nutrition and training. As the months progressed, she did a great job of checking in with me weekly to ensure I was doing the exercises correctly and how I could improve my habits around nutrition. This is not a hold your hand program, as I feel Roxy takes you on as a client only if she sees you have a baseline level of being autonomous. After 3 months of training , I learned how to do a lot of movements that require proper form that otherwise could have me injuring myself. I love that she curated something manageable yet effective. (3 x a week full body strength training ) This prevented burnout and kept me hanging on for 3 months. The results were lifting a 1/4 to twice as much more weight than I could lift last year. With the use of myfitness pal and true coach app, I was able to track progress and use tools to help me simplify the process. I relearned everything I thought I knew about food. Roxy is also a great nutritionist because she can cater to vegans and carnivores and all in between. She understands what she teaches because she lives it. I’m walking away from this program w a life changing takeaways. 1) you can eat like a normal human being without having unrealistic restrictions. 2 ) you can maintain a strong and healthy body without killing yourself in the gym Roxie understands the importance of great relationships and applies the same to moving and eating. I almost feel like I know her IRL. If I ever visit New York and we have the time , I’m definitely asking for a private session
