Roxie Rocks!! SPRINT, DON’T WALK TO WORK WITH THIS AMAZING HUMAN!! I’ve been working with Roxie since December 2021 after initially reaching out for 6 months of wedding prep. Our initial focus was on nutrition and rebuilding my training groundwork after loosely strength training solo with apps for a few years. After working through a few incredible programs, I decided to renew my contract with her and continue training (3 more times!) Roxie has helped me gain so much strength in the last 2 years, along with substantially improving my mobility. This year I was able to train with her throughout my entire pregnancy, right up to the day before I delivered. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and personalization of programs is truly an absolute gift to work with!

Highly Recommended Strength Conditioning Coach I can't recommend Roxie enough as a strength conditioning coach. If Roxie says something, I will do it! I started training with Roxie during pandemic and never looked back. She literally changed my life by making me fall in love with strength training overall. Her teaching cues during classes are impeccable and helps you maintain great form which is the most important part about the training. She is also extremely knowledgable and has answer to all my questions all the time. I recently also took her nutrition course and it was eye opening in so many way. Her practical and sustinable ways of building a healthy relationship with food will settle you for life. I cannot thank her enough for making such an incredible impact on my fitness journey.
