GBRoxie is the best! Roxie is the best!! I initially reached out to Roxie because I was both eager and hesitant to get back to strength training after dealing with neck/back issues. I knew I couldn't train as I had before and felt unsure as to how to get back into the swing of things. Month after month, Roxie has crafted intentional programs for me, being mindful of the modifications that I may need. For that I am very grateful. Roxie has also taught me so much about proper form, core engagement, and breathwork... AND I learned how much protein my body actually needs on a daily basis -- definitely a lot more than I imagined. GBThe best Roxie is an incredible coach. I started with her over a year ago. At the time I was over-training, under eating, and dealing with many nagging injuries. Today I’m stronger, have improved mobility, am injury free, and understand what I need to do from a nutrition standpoint. I have better balance in my training between cardio and weightlifting. Overall, I now know exactly what I need to do to achieve my goals. I couldn’t recommend her enough.
