GBOG in-person member, Newer virtual member I was a member when Open Barre was an in-person studio in the Bay Area for about 4 years. When Andrea moved I canceled my membership and figured if I was going to do virtual workouts, I could do others I already had access to. I am not a naturally fit/active person, and barre is the only workout I actually enjoy. Stopping left me feeling off, like I was missing something. Other workouts left me feeling unchallenged, or I just skipped them because I hated them. I finally joined one of OB’s monthly challenges in May of this year. My body immediately started to respond, I could tell that barre was what was missing! I joined back up as a member and can honestly say it was one of the best decisions for my overall health. I am working up to classes 5 days a week, but even doing 3 days a week regularly, I’ve noticed a change physically and even more so mentally. Andrea is very informative during workouts, gives great cues and modifications, and is very relatable. She is very generous with her time and wants to see her members succeed. She shares all necessary equipment and tools, and will even create customized plans individually. I am so glad I am a member again.

GBConsistently great workout! I went to OB classes in person back in the day but moved out of state and cancelled my membership as a result. I tried other workouts for ~1 year and never felt like I was getting out of them what I put in. I had been considering getting back into Andrea's classes for awhile but always felt like in person classes help keep me accountable. After some internal back and forth, I decided to go for it and give it a try. I'm just over a month or two in and couldn't be happier! The strength classes are killer and Andrea's barre classes have always been a great workout. I haven't had any accountability issues because I truly look forward to each new workout that is uploaded. The addition of the strength classes compliment the barre classes so well. I find that I am feeling so much more connected in my workouts. Andrea spent time suggesting a workout schedule that best fit what I was looking for and I haven't looked back since!

GBAwesome in many ways! Andrea is very knowledgeable and up to date on latest research regarding best ways to be physically fit so I know my time working out is being utilized to the fullest potential. She offers modifications so when I can’t quite keep up I can scale back a bit as needed. I have noticed such a positive difference in my health and strength by just doing 3 classes/week. And doing these at home saves driving time so only 45 min is needed. So convenient! I like doing the classes live (seems like I’m there in person somehow) but when I miss I can always pick one and do later. I’m addicted to these classes and how they make me feel!

GBThe best barre classes around! Andrea’s classes are amazing and it’s always such a great workout! I usually only catch her on-demand classes but honestly the experience is still incredible! She has a huge library of classes to choose from and the equipment needed is minimal making these such great virtual workouts. If you’re looking to add some low impact (but big burn!) workouts to your routine, you absolutely should check out Andrea’s classes!

GBLove Open Barre I started taking classes in person at Open Barre many years ago. I was sad when the location closed close to my office but the Online platform has been amazing. Andrea creates new classes constantly so there are always so many options to choose from if you want to workout on demand. I like being able to search by class type depending on my mood, time available, soreness, and if I'm traveling (minimal props needed)! She also frequently organizes challenges to keep us all motivated and incentivized with great prizes. Andrea is super responsive to questions or concerns and is always very positive. Her classes are so affordable too!
