highly recommended for folks anywhere! Andrea's workouts are challenging and minimalist. I've used wine or water bottles for weights, sports bra for loop band, pillow for ball, a wall or tv for balance -- really handy when traveling or if you don't have equipment. Her live virtual classes are great for folks in EST or CST or early risers in PST--I recommend turning on your camera so that you can check your own form while doing the class. Otherwise on-demand offerings are just as great and work for folks who prefer to work out on their own time. Very few repeats unless the class is focusing on specific parts of the body. All the instructors who have recordings incorporate a wonderful sense of gratitude and being present -- a great way to spend 45 minutes in a day

Best Workout, so personalized & fun! Andrea is amazing, I have known her since she ran an in-person studio many years ago where I used to live. I rejoined her online studio earlier this year, and its still the best workout ever. I tried a few other programs without the same results, and you can't beat how personalized it is, she sends emails and keeps us updated on instagram, and always answers when I have questions. She's the real deal, and she knows her stuff! I love the barre classes which are low impact but also so challenging, but that she also offers strength classes, which are so effective for all of my goals (weight loss, getting stronger and feeling great!) Andrea always offers really good modifications to either make the workout easier or harder depending on where you're at so its great for all levels. Go join a class or a workout challenge at Open Barre, you won't regret it!

The BEST experience with Open Barre! I’ve had an amazing experience with Open Barre Virtual. Andrea always changes up the choreography and I never feel like I’m taking the same class twice. Her workouts are also safe and effective for injuries. She often cues modifications for neck sensitivity which is so helpful! Andrea is extremely knowledgeable and the choreography in her workouts is well-researched and uses proper form (unlike a lot of other studios I’ve been to). She’s a wonderful and helpful teacher and I’m so glad I found her classes! Not to mention - the workouts also fly by with her fun playlists (I’m always looking up her music after class).

Consistently great workout! I went to OB classes in person back in the day but moved out of state and cancelled my membership as a result. I tried other workouts for ~1 year and never felt like I was getting out of them what I put in. I had been considering getting back into Andrea's classes for awhile but always felt like in person classes help keep me accountable. After some internal back and forth, I decided to go for it and give it a try. I'm just over a month or two in and couldn't be happier! The strength classes are killer and Andrea's barre classes have always been a great workout. I haven't had any accountability issues because I truly look forward to each new workout that is uploaded. The addition of the strength classes compliment the barre classes so well. I find that I am feeling so much more connected in my workouts. Andrea spent time suggesting a workout schedule that best fit what I was looking for and I haven't looked back since!
