They specialize in helping busy people find ways to fit in exercise and improve their eating habits for long term change. Andrew helped me find ways to fit workouts into my hectic full-time working parent life, as well as provided custom tailored workouts that accommodate and have improved my chronic pain. Kat helped me identify trends and behaviors in my diet that we're holding me back from losing weight, and as soon as I started truly following her advice the pounds started dropping off! 5/5 great team to work with. GBHighly recommend working with Alta! Working with Kat and Andrew has been great! My program has been focused on losing some weight, gaining muscle, and getting my health issues in check. During my 3 months with Alta I have lost 4 pounds, eating more calories than I previously had been.
