However, they did nothing for me and actually made my hot flashes worse than the previously were before taking this supp. After a few weeks of trying, I contacted the company to return the product. Several emails back and forth trying to "upsell" me into s their "plus" version of this product despite having a negative experience with their original one. I paid for the shipping back and 3 weeks after it had been delivered to them, I still had yet to receive a refund. Once I reached out and stated I would file a chargeback with my CC company, they refunded me within 24 hours. I ended up going on HRT.
