These supplements did nothing for me These supplements did nothing for me. I had purchased one bottle plus 2 additional ones as the reviews seemed convincing. However, they did nothing for me and actually made my hot flashes worse than the previously were before taking this supp. After a few weeks of trying, I contacted the company to return the product. Several emails back and forth trying to "upsell" me into s their "plus" version of this product despite having a negative experience with their original one. I paid for the shipping back and 3 weeks after it had been delivered to them, I still had yet to receive a refund. Once I reached out and stated I would file a chargeback with my CC company, they refunded me within 24 hours. I ended up going on HRT.

The expectations are real Its been like 3 months taking the hormone supplements and to be honest I haven't lost weight but I can see the inches off my waistline and my energy level is so much better. Im having a regular bowel movement with no complications. No more late night sweats and my mental state is back on track. I will keep taking the supplements with a carb blocker or any other product I chose with the hormone supplements. I recommend this for women going through menopause. I feel good and I sleep good too.
